Bed was super comfortable, cafe downstairs and the food was adequate but slow service. No fridge though and there was dust on the wall and on the back of the bed. It was not quiet. Around 6 am, you can hear them taking out bottles, trash cans talking and laughing But the location and staff are Perfect!!

Only one thing that we hated was that we didn't have any parking information prior to our arrival and it was on a Saturday evening with CRAZY crowd all over. We had to drive all the way to the hotel assuming that they had parking for us nearby. Then we found out that we were fully responsible to find out own parking site which we had to drive all over trying to get through people, bikers,and others out of the hotel. We ended up paying 50 dollars per day one mile away from the hotel. The hotel stay itself was awesome!

Great little hotel situated right in Centre of Brussels next to Grand Square and 10 mins walk central train station (15 mins buses). Comfortable rooms. Needs a room mini fridge / milk cartons or a ice / drinks vending machine in hallway as Lloyds cafe attached is open 7/7 and staff unhelpful if need anything beyond that time. Reception manned 24/7. Recommend.

Great location with friendly and helpful staff. The first room 305 was very hot. AC was not working. We were able to move to a cooler room. In both rooms the shower leaked and flooded the bathroom floor if you use the hand held option over the rain shower head. 1 elevator was out the entire time and the other one did not stop on the main lobby. Not a problem until you have to haul your luggage down narrow stairs. Breakfast was delicious but the same options everyday can get mundane.

This property was in a fantastic location. We caught the train from the airport to the hotel. The train station is very close. We were able to store our bags until we were able to checkin. Staff was great and helpful. The cafe it's connected to was excellent. We were in walking distance of everything to include the Grand Palace. We took the train to Gent and Bruges. We had the 2 bedroom, 2 bath room. The stairs up to the 2nd bedroom was a bit steep but my sister managed. The bathroom upstairs was bigger than the one downstairs and she loved it. She had 2 twin beds together. I stayed downstairs and had the king size bed and my own bathroom. My water pressure was low but it worked out. There is no small refrigerator in the room. There was no power outlets by the bed so you had to charge your phone across the room. The air conditioner worked great. They did leave a bottle of water in the room. I would definitely stay here again. We couldn't beat the location. We could go shopping and just drop our things off in the room, use the bathroom and keep it moving. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel.

Loved the location of this hotel and the proximity to Grand Place and central train station. We had a really cool family room with loft upstairs with queen bed and full bath and private entrance which was what I needed for family of 4. However it was miserably hot in the upstairs loft even with AC on. It was not blowing cold air and did not work properly for our two nights. The two fans helped but it was crazy hot! The downstairs room was cool fortunately but I would recommend this family loft room for non-summer stays! The upstairs room also had a nauseating sewer smell when we got there which housekeeping addressed and thankfully it got better otherwise I would rate this less than I have. Coffee shop was awesome and the breakfast was amazing!

Petit dej dans le bar du RDC. Très bruyant. Le petit dej est proposé jusqu’à 11h mais à 10h30 il est plus approvisionné. Nous avons attendu les toasts 40 minutes. Petit dej minimaliste. La réception de l hôtel se trouve entre le comptoir du bar et les cuisines. L architecte doit changer de métier. Le personnel est nombreux et sympathique. La literie bonne. les chambres ont besoin d être modernisées.

Lo malo es que NO nos dieron la habitación que pagamos de inicio, lamentablemente la habitación que nos toco tenia CHINCHES en la cama, mi pareja resulto con muchas picaduras y reacciones alérgicas muy severas, bajamos a dar aviso obviamente, el personal nos cambió de habitación ya era de madrugada, al día siguiente nos cambiaron de piso, dos días después pudimos hablar con el gerente y nos comentó que haría ajustes en la tarifa como una compensación por la noches pagadas pero a la fecha no hemos recibido comunicación de la propiedad. El hotel tiene buena ubicación y su personal muy atento, pero la FALTA DE HIGIENE da mucho que decir de la propiedad.

This property has pleasant aesthetics and was spotlessly clean throughout. The location is very convenient. It is about a 5 minute walk from the central train station. It is also about the same distance to Metro stations as well. It is in a heavily foot-trafficked area, meaning there are lots of tourists around. Although it is in such a busy area, there is absolutely no street noise in the rooms. There are many shops and restaurants close by. However, some are tourist traps. But it is ok because it's convenient. Overall, I would recommend this property for the comfortable interior and the convenience of the location. Staff was great, too.

The property was located in the heart of the city in the Grand Place area. This was both good and bad. The good was its location to everything including the central train station we took from the Brussels airport, the bad was the noise which seemed to only stop at 2am and then start back up at 6am when the trucks invaded the streets to make deliveries and LOTS of noise. Our room as in the front right over the entrance so we heard EVERYTHING. I highly recommend bringing earplugs if noise bothers your sleeping. The other oddity was the cafe located at the entrance of the hotel. When we arrived the place was packed with a line out the door which made getting our luggage inside really difficult. Once inside though the staff were very accommodating and friendly. They allowed us to store our luggage until our room was ready. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. I have been to Europe before so I expected this but why shower doors do not cover the whole opening is bizarre to me. It made taking a shower without getting the floor soaked a challenge. Come on Europe splurge for that extra sliding shower door.

Short walk to sites and transportation. Only complaint is the shower in our room. Could not regulate temperature. You would get it set and in the space of a few minutes it would go from comfortable to freezing cold to scalding hot. We were constantly hopping and out of the stream.

Spacious room (105). Very big, luxurious and comfortable bed with soft linen and pillows. Amazing, powerful and warm shower. Air conditioned room with plenty of space and two large windows. Cleansing towel on arrival was warmly received after a hot day on checking in and water in the room. Nice selection of tea and coffee and comfortable dressing gown and slippers. Lovely looking coffee shop when you walk through to the reception (great it offers dairy free alternatives).

Fantastic location, lovely staff. We usually stay central, therefore expect some noise (we aren’t light sleepers) but the hotel was one of the loudest we’ve stayed in with street noise and building work from neighbouring properties. Not the fault of the hotel but worth noting if you’re a light sleeper. Regardless of this, we had a lovely stay.

The shower did not work well -the buring hot water or chilly cold water.I ask the staff to check it and after she took a long time she said ' you move the temperture handle just a little bit by little '. When she left it was still impossible to keep the same temperture. I was very afraid of getting burned or cold I first shampoo with cold water and dry myself with a hair dryer and went back to the shower to wash my body and dryed myself again with a hair dryer through my four day stay. The location and staff were great and the room was clean but the shower was so stressful that I never ever want to stay there any more.

I was deeply impressed by the Aris Grand-Place. The location was ideal, close to major transportation hubs as well as an active square. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming during my stay and I was deeply impressed by their level of service and friendliness. When I return to Brussels I intend to stay again at this hotel.

This was an excellent stay in Brussels, i enjoyed every aspect of it from the room, the amenities, the restaurant, the check in the check out, everything just clicked right. To Sarah at the front desk thank you for being amazing and helping me in the check in process and holding our baggage, your smile and caring just made the stay extra special. Everything went smooth, the room was very comfortable and clean, the staff were all nice in general for anything we asked. We spent two days here and enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it was well worth it, big portions and generous quality food. If i am back in Brussels i will surely come back to Aris because of the awesome location in the center of it all and the quality of the stay on top of the excellent staff!

All the staff were amazing! Very kind and helpful with whatever we needed at any time we needed it. The room was so great too. The location was the best part. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, and if we got tired, we could pop back in the hotel and rest for a bit, and go back out. The breakfast is definitely recommended. The food was amazing because of the connected cafe. You get your own seating area, and a great meal. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Was very convenient to get to and from the train station, and close to all the main attractions. Even though it was extremely busy right outside my room was quiet. Had issues with the window in the room but was fixed. The staff at the reception were hit ir miss. Some were great and others had attitude issues which didnt make a great impression.

Based in a great position. It's only 150 metres walk to Grand Place and ideal to get around Brussels centre. The coffee house downstairs is well used and you can get your breakfast until 11am. We paid 10 euros for the taxi from the eurostar station.

Excelente localização. O buffet do café da manhã é servido em um café então ele fica limitado ao pratos prontos. Nós gostamos do que serviam, mas não há tanta flexibilidade. I stayed there for 2 nights. It was a lively stay. Staff was so welcoming and room itself was spotless and overall we had everything we needed. Location was perfect and everything was in walking distance. The only letdown was breakfast. We had breakfast included in our package. Although staff tried their best, it was not the best option. Coffee was terrible and on both occasions scrambled eggs and pancakes came out cold. Sorry management, only a bit of work required is towards your breakfast, otherwise it was a fantastic stay.

The property has good qualities: nice staff, clean, rooms as described, beds are great. But there is a significant problem with the breakfast. The dining area is served by one person. They work hard. But every day of our stay they were out of coffee cups, juice glasses, croissants! This was ridiculous. The one person cannot handle it all. That is a management problem. It is peak season in Brussels. You have to staff better. The food was also mediocre. Note that the food is prepared by Lloyd’s eatery’s chain. They clearly prioritize their own customers. The eggs were not blended enough resulting in scrambled eggs that look like a mottled mess. The yoghurt parfait is clearly made the day before with soggy granola and dried out fruit.

Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Dadurch aber leider nachts auch extrem laut, wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straße bekommt. Schlafen mit geöffnetem Fenster war unmöglich. Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer völlig in Ordnung und gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist leider verbesserungswürdig. Das Frühstück wird im öffentlichen Café im Erdgeschoss des Hotels serviert. Für die Hotelgäste war genau ein Mitarbeiter zuständig, der sich um das Abräumen, Servieren, Einweisen und Nachfüllen kümmern müsste. Dementsprechend lange waren die Wartezeiten auf unser bestelltes Essen oder das z.B. die Kaffeemaschine aufgefüllt würde. Das Rührei war bis dahin bereits kalt und zudem verbrannt.
