Ideal for my 1 night stay close to Cairns airport only a £10 taxi ride which considering there’s no public transport it’s ideal. Hotel is a little older so facilities are a little dated but overall very cleans comfortable. Eat at the Thai restaurant at the hotel great food.

Great facility, around a 25 minute walk from the centre of Cairns down the esplanade. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was great, had shampoo and conditioner and fresh towels every day. There are 2 pools, laundry facilities and a carpark. On our last day we checked out early for a snorkelling tour. Staff held our luggage and there were showers available when we returned for us to freshen up before our flight

The property overall was a good place to sleep clean and had laundry machine that we could use. It took coins but the front desk would exchange bills for coins easily. The wifi in our room was very spotty but worked on the rest of the property. They did oferr to move us but we declined. The water heater would go in and out of cold to hot over and over making showering difficult. Staff was friendly and helpful though to all our needs. They sent a service person to address issues.

I liked the spacious room and the lovely outdoor pool. I liked how it was convenient to the waterfront, only 1 block away. The only slight drawback was the bed was two singles pushed together so the middle of it was uncomfortable.

Staff were friendly and efficient. limited onsite secure parking, we had to park on the street both nights. King bed was full of lumps and past life. TV had streaming and APP functionality but internet faded at night so we used our own internet at night.

Geräumiges Zimmer/Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Da der Fahrstuhl bei der Ankunft repariert wurde, mussten wir die Koffer tragen. Für unsere Rundreise praktisch waren Waschmaschine und Trockner (gegen Gebühr). Unser Balkon war über dem Restaurant, weshalb wir ihn am Abend nicht genutzt haben. Ansonsten ist alles gut erreichbar und es stehen genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Gegenüber gibt es ein kleines Kaffee mit leckeren Frühstück.

Great customer service, large clean room, really handy having the washers and dyers and airers on each level as we had washing to do. There is a toaster, cutlery, crockery all in the room, a nice touch to have a cold jug of water in the fridge ready. We have paid a lot more to stay in “nicer” hotels but we absolutely loved this one, I would absolutely stay here again!

Location was perfect for my purposes, and price was affordable. Overall room presentation was clean and comfortable if showing some age. As with all humid locations, attention to mould in the bathroom could be better, but evrrything else spotless.

Very average accommodation. The room badly needs an upgrade. All the furniture is past it’s used by date. The air conditioning didn’t work, Just blew cold air. Bathroom door and wall has water damage. Shower dirty. Lining under bed coming away. Food under couch cushions. For what we paid it was very disappointing

A pleasant hotel in the northern part of Cairns. Decor is a bit dated but we had a clean and spacious room. The noise from next doors shower would suggest the walls are thin. The on-site restaurant Finn Finn serves authentic Thai food and is recommended.

We were really pleased to have stayed in such a well cared for accommodation . The bathroom and bedroom were clean, nice sized outdoor balcony and very quiet even though we had a street frontage unit . It is about a 5 min walk to the nearest bus stop outside the hospital and a relaxing 40 minute walk along the waterfront into town.

the online advertising photo flattered the premises. Dated decor. Clear window between studio unit and public hallway was strange and compromised privacy. Shower was ok. As was bed. Would not recommend.

Rooms are large, location is good. HOWEVER, listening to the toilet flush loudly in the room upstairs is just not a good experience. Some maintenance items as well to address such as shampoo bottle not dispensing and front door handle broken

The blankets were stinky, poor pathetic breakfast very limited. Continental breakfast only comprised of tea/coffee, bread, butter,jam , peanut butter and strawberry yogurt, for a ridiculous price. Requested early check in , receptionist promised to call when room was ready, never called.

Stayed for a short weekend trip. Late night check-in was easy and our room was quiet and clean and spacious. Nothing fancy, but a perfect place to rest at night when we had a full itinerary planned during the day. Would stay again when visiting Cairns on holiday.

Great, affordable hotel for travelers not wanting to break the bank with lodging. It’s fairly quiet (I know because I’m a light sleeper and has no problems). In fact the twin beds pulled together to make a king were quite comfortable. Odd that the room key is also the only way to turn on power to your entire room. So no charging anything or leaving the AC unit going while you’re out and about with key in hand. Didn’t partake of the Thai restaurant on property, but it sure looked popular. Great location if you don’t want to be in the middle of the CBD but want to walk there for restaurants, shopping, etc. (do walk the Promenade).

The hotel is of an older style but is kept clean and tidy, with comfy beds and good quality pillows and sheets etc. Bathrooms need a little updating but the shower was excellent! Staff were lovely! Location is ok - about a 20-25mins walk to where it all happens, but it makes it super easy for the airport.

This is an older hotel. Close to the beach but in a low end neighborhood and a bit rough. Rooms are big and spacious but AC could only cool a small area. Bathroom floors are slippery if wet. Not really a budget hotel for the price but is a budget hotel.
