I enjoyed how convenient it is to walk everywhere and the friendly front of desk staff. My only criticism is that not enough parking spaces are available for guests in the underground car park .

Parking is absolutely terrible at this motel. We stayed in tower three was nice rooms very very small Bathroom access good no bath to step into Beds are lovely. But parking was the real problem. Cost a lot of money to park in the street and having to go back and feed metre was a real problem as we had to risk a ticket as we went on a trip we had a family emergency at home so had to cut out the last night of our trip which was unfortunately costly to us as the night rate for accommodation these days is steep. Ineligible for a refund or credit. Overall really nice and great position.

Great stay, view was great and a very central location. Amenities were good, staff lovely. We had an adjoining room which was fantastic and suited us well. Gym was small but good. Everything was walkable to in the city, a great location. Only downfall would have been the mould in the shower on the adjoining room + cracks in paint in bathroom. Pool is a little tired. Not a lot of parking so I'd recommend parking before 3pm to get a spot (otherwise you'll have to park on the street)

The first room they gave me smelled of mildew something awful. It was too late to change so I just slept there. Woke up terribly congested. Pretty sure it was mold. Second room was a little better. Still smelled musky. Sheets weren't clean. The elevators in tower two had signs stuck over the buttons in various places saying "please use other side." Just getting up and down was an adventure. I wouldn't stay here again, even though the staff was friendly and accommodating of my request. And the people next to me who were complaining about dirty sheets.

The staff were all excellent considering they had all been through a cyclone and floods themselves. From reception housekeeping and maintenance every one of them were happy and genuinely caring and professional The only fault was one elevator was not working but this was not anything anyone could have fixed at the time

This property is in a great location to restaurants, night markets. The pool needs some maintenance, the surface of the pool is coming off and is nasty on your feet. We felt that linen could be changed every 3 days, not five, as it’s very humid. Staff were great, room was clean & tidy.

Very central to cafe's and shopping. Parking was a nightmare. Often had to pay for parking on the street. The room wasn't serviced in the 7 days we were there. You could get towels and toilet paper from reception but it would have been nice to have the room cleaned even once. There was a musty smell throughout the whole place.

We were so disappointed with our stay at the Mantra Trilogy, our room smelt of urine and was constantly damp. The carpet was absolutely filthy, worn down and stained, along with the lounge. The overall feel of the room was dirty and dated. The facilities of the hotel were also dirty, the pool was murky and not to a standard that I’d be comfortable swimming in. For the cost of this hotel, the quality of the place is appalling. There are so many better quality hotels in the area for at a better price.

for the price paid I would expect housekeeping daily not nice to have to go to reception and ask for toilet paper and towels tea etc... was in a good location bed terribly uncomfortable and the pillow smelt like a dirty hairbrush, i had to request new pillow slips beacuse the ones on the bed musnt have been changed

Awesome location, right off the Esplanade! Front desk staff all went over and above expectations to help us! Room size was nice. No daily room service, but you could get all the extra towel and drinking water refills you wanted for free. Good wifi. Great value for the price.

The location of the property is really good - close to lots of options. The design of the pool is really good for toddlers and kids. The negative things we experienced are: - multiple (2) ppl entering our room! One was to drop off someone to another room and the next was a worker that didn’t know ppl were in the room. - wifi only worked in the bathroom (was told there wasn’t an issue/nobody else complained even though I walked past someone complaining about their internet to the front desk). - power being turned off before 8am on our fine day with no warning. - the apartment was dirty - could barely see through the shower screen with soap scum, there were ants in the kitchen (9th floor) and cups and plates clearly not cleaned with baked on cheese and lip marks on cups.

Very spacious comfortable room with balcony and a wonderful view. Well located to all the restaurants. Value for money. Lucky to get a car park each day as the parking is limited. Only negative was the shower over the bath which had a very high edge to step over.

I rang about a month after I booked and two weeks before I stayed and asked for a room with a view. They said no problem. It was a pretty ordinary view, three floors above the ground and set well back. Almost as if someone was taking the piss. Very small room too. Not what I expected.

Noise is an issue .with the rooms having a door you go into from the main lobby only to find 2 other doors one being your room and the other next door room,this causes a major catchment for noise and boy did I cop it with at least 3 kids next door banging and doing kid stuff for until well into the dark hours. More for families in the Mantra not for a quiet retreat to unwind. Otherwise cheap for the location. Hotel is needing a makeover. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking is a premium inside and a nightmare out on the street due to location.

Specious, clean room with a view! The staff is what stood out above everything else- exceptional! Whenever I needed anything, i just rang them reception & done. Only time they couldn't help me was when I requested a late checkout- they already met their max. Although, in there defense, I requested 10 minutes prior to Check-out. Reception took a refundable deposit on checkin but stuffed it up and deducted the money instead 5 days later I am still emailing to get the money refunded Last conversation I was told it takes up to 30 days - what a load of crap Will never stay there again

Stayed in a mantra hotel before it was lovely with great friendly staff who offered great assistance This mantra didn’t have as friendly staff and there was a lack of communication. Provided no information about the hotel and even the room had nothing. We contacted reception twice about the humidifier in our room with no response. Only good thing was that is was a great location.

High quality hotel in an excellent position right on the Esplanade. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Only slight gripe is shortage of parking is a minor hassle if you can't get one in the building.

The ‘welcome’ of the duty manager left something to be desired - no smile, an overload of information re locating room and parking and officious. Other staff subsequently were pleasant and helpful. The need to (unsuccessfully) register each of a married couple to receive breakfast vouchers was bureaucratic and inflexible.

A great stay, only complaints were that couch was not very comfortable for watching tv, no Netflix available, and kitchen area was not well stocked with staples like salt and pepper or oil for cooking. Most self contained units supply these things, also only several coffee pods for a week stay is mot sufficient, they should be replenished daily at no charge. Polite staff and well maintained facilities made up for that. Also great convenient location
