Something for everyone! Plenty of rooms and activities in the house and around town. Great quiet location close to everything. Screened in porch was the best. Kids loved the jacuzzi in the chilly fall. Would be tough to cook daily- kitchen lacked serving dishes and had limited silverware for the amount of people the house holds.

Things we loved about the property: excellent location, hot tub, clean bathrooms and kitchen, two family- sized tables, screened in porch. Very charming place. Things to be aware of: if you have young children/wagons/strollers we did not find a way into town that had sidewalks the entire way. Backyard is very small, cement patio with grill and two lounge chairs and hot tub. No outdoor play area for children. Floors will make your feet black, although the rest of the cottage seemed very clean. If you are sleeping in the bedroom downstairs, anyone walking around upstairs will wake you up. Very creaky, very loud.

We are regular visitors to Saugatuck, and this remodeled farmhouse was an amazing find!! It was beautiful, clean, spacious - and we loved how close it was to downtown, and the hot tub of course! Have nothing negative to say, and will be returning. Check it out!!

Good location within walking distance to town. House in general was gorgeous and clean. Nice neighborhood. Fireplace was great for cool mornings. Plenty of seating around two tables in dining room. Large kitchen, double pot coffee maker, large refrigerator. Minor issue: no toaster. Used the oven to toast bagels. Awesome screen house. Private hot tub with tall arborvitaes lining the patio. I recommend this house and location, and hope to return.

The farmhouse was beautifully decorated and provided us with everything we needed! The screened in porch was our main hangout spot and the hot tub was fun to have! This is the best house we have had for our annual girls trip! Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic stay here! Great location, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable beds. Screened porch was our favorite place to hang out. As another reviewer pointed out, our feet got dirty immediately if walking around barefoot. We all immediately took off our shoes upon entering as we would in our own home and did not roll in luggage or anything. This was not a huge issue, but we would have mopped if available. Bedroom doors could use some WD-40 and cutting knives need sharpening. Other than that, this place was awesome and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay at your place!

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect, house was very old but updated and decorated very well. Easily accommodated our group of 9. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need, plenty of towels, and a great space overall.

This house was perfect for a family stay in Saugatuck. The house was old and charming, yet nicely remodeled and comfortable. The kitchen was modern, there was lots of seating for meals, and the family room had a nice TV and a big table for doing puzzles together after a day of adventures. The proximity to shops and restaurants was great for morning coffee trips and evening excursions for ice cream. There is a second, attached rental property, which we were not aware of. But there was still plenty of privacy. We only saw the other group while packing up cars in the morning. We have stayed in several different properties in Saugatuck and this was one of our favorites.

Beautiful home that was clean, nicely decorated and exactly what we were expecting based on the photos. Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of linens and the beds were comfortable. Close to all the Saugatuck has to offer but not too close! I would live to stay in this house again

Second year in a row for our entire family to enjoy the Farmhouse. Our adult children stayed here the year before.Love it here. Have stayed other places but this is our favorite … clean, spacious and conveniently located.I know it is for sale and hope new owners keep it rentable. We’ll be back

This house was perfect for our Memorial Day Weekend getaway! Had everything we needed and the walk to town was so easy. The screened in porch was the highlight - would stay here again!
