Absolutely beautiful hotel stay. Spotlessly clean and lots of things to do whether you just want to kick back and relax in the luxurious spa or get involved in the golf, gym, bowling, shuffleboard etc. Food in the restaurants is really lovely too. We dined in the rib room and the carvery and were very pleased with both. Breakfast was also really good. Can't comment on fusion, hope to be back again soon so we can check them out. Only downside we experienced was the pillows were way to soft. We didn't get a good night sleep for the two nights we stayed. Will bring our own pillows from home next stay.

We have just had a two night stay with friends. My husband has very specific needs as an MND sufferer. The staff could not have been more accommodating for us. The team on reception arranged a chair to be put in our room, as he can’t sleep lying down now, the lads that brought it & the domestic staff with extra pillows. It was challenging for us but nice to manage some time away. Thank you all very much.

The Chinese resturant - filthy table wear glasses had lipstick marks and food between seats the place is very unclean and unhygienic food was not too bad though but the cleanliness is extremely off putting . During my stay the fire alarm went off repeatedly for an hour at midnight with the explanation being a guest constantly pressing it. They unfolded a fold out sofa in my room prior to arrival which was not requested and secretly charged my card £35 per night for this service which I had to claim back through my bank. Ridiculous! The facilities were very nice however , gym equipment was outstanding . Would stay again but would ensure they don’t fold out the sofa and wear earplugs to bed , also eat out

Tree house was amazing. Staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Having your own concierge to take you to the spa and restaurants was fabulous. I would definitely recommend!
