This was extremely good value for money. Gluten free food was readily available at breakfast. A lactose allergy was dealt with kindly and very efficiently. I wasn't able to eat much on the evening menu, but though quite a limited menu it seemed to cover most tastes and the food looked good. The bar was open until midnight. Also, there was a pub just across the way, the service was kind, considerate and efficient. The room was clean and pleasant. Access from the motorway was extremely easy, a few minutes only. Access to the town looked easy also. Parking was also easy.

We had a dog friendly one night staynad a family. Convenient for a north to south drive stop over, close to supermarket, petrol station and pub. Staff welcoming and helpful, particularly Simon.

Rokm was a bit disappointing gor what we paid for 1 nights stay,but we had our pet dog so were obviously in a room to suite,there lots of stains on carpet where other dogs had obviously dine there business on the floor,at one point I had to pull the sofa out as I dropped something down the back and the muck dust and dog hair was disgusting,obviously doesnt get moved when cleaned. The Breakfast was lovely and that made up for the disappointment. Staff were really lovely couldn't fault them. Thank you.

Basic hotel, which is not a problem. However breakfast cutlery was poorly cleaned, and choice was very very limited. Pillows were terrible, the soft pillows were hard and the hard pillows were like concrete! Staff were very friendly & helpful which was nice, but I don’t think I’d stay here again unless I had no other options.

Very happy with our stay. Staff helpful and friendly. Room was comfy and spacious. The carpet was stained but a note in the room explained this and to be honest it wasnt like it was food or human waste so not an issue for us at all as accidents happen. Parking was great and easy and breakfast was a simple buffet but with quality ingredients and plenty of choice and i did notice a little Gluten free area. My only gripe out of the whole stay was the sausages but thats because only Lincolnshire sausages are good enough for me. Will definitely stay again if that way on.

It was an ok hotel but the air conditioning was not effective which meant we had to have the window open which in turn created a problem very noisy guests coming and going at all hours taxis with very loud music not to mention being woken at 5:30am by the glass recycling collection. Breakfast on our first morning was fantastic we personally missed our mushrooms and black pudding but the rest was very nice the second morning not much it was like a completely different breakfast the sausages were cheap and nasty the bacon was salty and over done no muffins all in all we didn't sleep the best but would probably stay again

Staff were friendly at check in. We’re a family of 4 and our room was really small! I’d hate to have spent more than one night in there. The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable but the kids didn’t complain. Breakfast was a total shambles! Had groups of people waiting for tables and multiple couples sat on tables that seat up to 8 and no staff to help seat people. Half the food was missing by the time we got in there and I had to ask them to replenish the milk and knives. Then the juice machine needed refilling. It took absolutely ages for all 4 of us to get breakfast because of how busy it was and how quickly everything needed replenishing. Not enough tables, food and staff for the amount of guests! So that was a let down. I had to ask a staff member to clean the table we had waited ages for because he went to clean a different one even though we were clearly stood waiting with two impatient toddlers. He seemed annoyed that I asked him to help us.

A high standard is operated at this hotel. I reported an issue the first night (outside the hotel’s control) & both the night porter & the team on reception the following day were incredibly supportive in resolving things. I will definitely use this chain again.

Hotel in a good location. Quick check in by a pleasant member of staff. Good size room which was quiet and clean. Good breakfast in a clean restaurant. Took a long time for the room to warm up.

This hotel is in a great location not far from Doncaster centre. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were great and the bathroom was a good size. It was very clean. The only issue we had was the noise from other guests arriving back to the hotel in early hours of the morning, with what can only be described as a mobile disco and very loud discussions.

This was a one night stay on a road trip to the north. Very convenient to A1, welcoming reception on arrival, both public and room areas of hotel immaculate. Excellent night's sleep, good self-service breakfast, all in all good value for money. A good restaurant for an evening meal would have made it the perfect choice, but a carvery close by provided an adequate meal. I would use this hotel again.

The staff here were great; They were so friendly. The room was clean and everything worked. The buffet breakfast was a little limited in variety but everything on the counter was tasty and well prepared. Am ideal place for us to use as a base for a weekend visiting family and then chilling with a beer in the evening.
