Hotel is near to an event venue I attend pretty often, so is very convenient, and reasonably-priced, and I will continue to use it. I must today give it an additional accolade, as 2 of the staff were most helpful and concerned when I tripped on a mat as I was going to check out! No harm came to me, but I was a little shocked, and most impressed by their helpful attitude!

Having read some trip advisor comments i was a little concerned before booking in but i suspect those customers held unrealistic expectations. For the cost it was more than adequate. Friendly efficient staff, rooms as expected, quiet area so got a good nights sleep. It is not the Hilton or the Ritz but you are not paying their prices and it is value for what you pay.
