This hotel is in a very good location. It is convenient to go to many attractions. The hotel provides shuttle buses to a few different malls which is ideal for shopping and exploring. Hotel is good value for money. 3 of us stayed there for 7 nights. Hotel staff were wonderful, helpful and always happy to help. Nabi Gul, Amit, Jaya, chef Rakhi were a few of the wonderful staff that we met. The pool and gym are a great addition to the hotel as when you have spare time this can keep you occupied if you wish. Housekeeping was brilliant. Rooms were clean and fresh everyday. The hotel gave a birthday cake for one of us which was a nice gesture from the hotel. We had a breakfast buffet which was good. Maybe ingredients displayed would be ideal for anyone with allergies/dietary requirements.

We had a great experience staying here. The rooms are excellent and clean. The pool was under going maintenance so the hotel staff had arranged an alternative some 10 mins walk away or less than 5 mins by taxi for around 20 aed. We didn't mind the walk. The valet parking system although there to have better management of parking needs some work. In my opinion valet parking although free should still be an option rather than mandated. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The stuff of the hotel was very nice and professional The pool was out of order at the hotel so they had a pool ready for me at a nearby hotel ( need to walk a little bit but not too far) I will come back to this hotel in the near future

Everything was great aside from the lifts/elevators. The hotel is under renovation and only 2 of the 4 lifts were working. Getting down to the lobby from floor 10 was a nightmare, with the lift stopping on every floor. It would have been quicker to have taken the stairs, if I could have found them. Everything else was great.

Hatten für zwei Nächte als stopover zwei twin Zimmer. Die Betten waren sehr gut, die Dusche toll und auch der Empfang mitten in der Nacht sehr freundlich! Pool und Fitness Studio waren sehr gut. Das frühstückst war sehr vielseitig und von sehr guter Qualität. Einzig am Sonntag war der eine Kellner, den wir sahen, total überlastet und man musste lange auf Geschirr und Besteck und Abräumen warten. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wie würden wieder buchen

Walking distance to World Trade Center, good food, luxury room is spacious but bath room is small. House keeping is poor: trash my toothbrush, only one bottle complementary water provided for three night stay, no common sanitary stuff provided, flood bath room after cleaning. Transportation to airport is poor, cost of hotel car is double than of Uber, while Uber is more expensive than local taxi but it’s difficult to get local taxi, as hotel does not help to book.

The bed are not comforting at all, also i had a small bug incident where a cockroach was on my desk while working in the room, the TV was not working and finally i had a light which was not working properly on and off next to the window.

Carpet in the room was dirty. Breakfast was bad, cold eggs and only one scrambled egg option, we need more options here. Pancakes were always empty and even when asking it took 20 minutes and the waiter was not able to bring us. The coffee station was also not quality, we need to see high quality coffee machines there.

Stayed for 1 night after landing in Dubai, before moving elsewhere. Checking in process was great! Reception was warm and friendly. We were checked in early and given extra late checkout as we arrived on my birthday. Room was nice. Bed and sofa-bed were very comfortable. Mixture of hard and soft pillows. Facilities were good.

The staff were very friendly. I was not happy that the transportation arrangement we made for travel to Abu Dhabi on Friday, 11/08 with your concierge's desk staff person. We were GUARANTEED a driver and a specific rate for our travel. On Friday, there was no driver at the time we needed him to be there. Another driver filled in. When we got back to the hotel, that driver attempted to Charge us DOUBLE what we were promised and guranteed we were to pay. We were VERY upset. I refused to pay the double rate and took the matter up with hotel staff. We did wind up paying the initital guranteed rate, but, that incident made us lose trust with the Novotel concierge staff.

The location of the property is great for working or visiting the DWTC. Sadly this was not the best experience I've had staying at the Novotel DWTC. Our room had a broken chair - we asked maintenance to fix or replace it, but that didn't happen. The shower valve was broken meaning the shower was mostly scalding hot - far too hot for my children to use. We didn't say anything to maintenance as we didn't feel there was much point. Also, this is the first time breakfast has been disappointing. We tried at different times, but almost every time the 'hot' food was cold - cold scrambled eggs are never a good thing, and neither is cold bacon. Otherwise the staff were fantastic as always. Very happy to help, always pleasant, and they make it a hotel I would still return to.

全体的にとても良かったです。お部屋はきれいでベッドも大きく、快適に過ごせました。部屋からブルジュハリファが見えました。未来博物館にも近くも遠くもないくらいで歩いていくことができます。朝食会場は落ち着いた雰囲気で美味しかったです。オレンジジュースが2日間ともなくて子どもにとって残念でした。卵料理を作ってくれる男性スタッフが笑顔がなく優しさもなく残念でした。プールは利用しませんでしたが、泳いでいる方もたくさんいて、良さげでした。
