Grand Excelsior Hotel Deira

Stay Away!! We could not sleep the whole night. The Cabaret on the 5th floor with super loud music runs from 11 PM until 3:40 AM and even being two floors away the music was too loud to sleep. at 4 AM started sleeping and then 4 fire alarms kept us away for the remaining of the night. The Hotel used to be top many years ago but now it is uncared, degraded and old. Metro also near and some noise but nothing compared with Cabaret and Fire Alarms. On arrival there was a school group so check-in line took us more than half an hour. Parking is below the building but very narrow and sometimes full. All in all horrible stay, believe me find another hotel, not this one, they do not deserve support, they have to change and consider that they are there for the guests not just to make one more dollar and not caring for the customers.

Everything felt neglected

Water was leaking in washroom No hot water Had to ask everyday for basic things as towel, hair dryer etc

Pool ist auf keinen Fall so wie auf den Bildern. Da trinken Tauben raus, sicherlich nicht viel Chlor drin. Das Badezimmer war unterirdisch schlecht.

It's at prime location - restaurants, convenient stores and pharmacies are at prime locations. As for hotel itself - no hot water - only slightly warm water available. Rooms are not sound proof. Also building needs some renovation.

Very old property. Super busy because of location and multiple night clubs inside the hotel. Elevator waiting time too long. Underground parking is a joke. Impossible to drive into the parking and every time someone has to inform the staff in the lobby so security opens the door for the parking. Having said that staff were lovely and kind.

The room was in not good condition but it was big enough. At check in instead of family suit they gave us Executive suit and added one bed. Generally hotel is very old. Needs to be rinnovated. But the location of the hotel is nice. The staff is very helpful.

Room had bad smell. Asked to be moved to a different room and they gave me one right above the Karaoke Bar so it was loud music all night. Bathroom had no hot water for showering. The furniture was old and broken.

We were only supplied with one towel and one cup for a 3 person room..There was no shower curtain and it was dirty in behind the bed when going to charge our phone. Thebfront desk.staff were overwhelmed as only one person on. It was disappointing.

DXB空港に近く良かった！ホテルの周りにローカルfood店、スーパー、ATMなどあり利便性が良かった。ホテル内に4つくらいのナイトクラブ、カラオケ店があり、お酒も可‼️とても良い。

Wij kregen een kamer met echt verschikkelijk veel schimmel, direct bij binnenkomen kreeg je last van je luchtwegen. Kamer was oud en erg vies. We kregen naar meerdere kamers te hebben bekeken met hetzelfde probleem gelukkig wel een fatsoenlijke andere kamer zonder gezondheid issues

This hotel is the worst I've ever seen. The room smells awful, the bathroom walls are covered in grime, the bathtub is disgusting and so filthy you risk catching fungus on your feet, the room service is the worst in the world—it takes three hours for a towel to arrive, and in the end, you have to go get it from reception. The bathroom mirror is stained from age, and the carpets are disgusting and smelly. I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel. Don't be fooled by the stars; it doesn't deserve a single star. This hotel is the absolute worst.

Was very disgusting, and was very bad services, and very dirty!!! And my husband he get itchy in his body!!

The property was shabby and unclean. I didcovered a cockroach in my bedroom and developed a rash on my leg where I was bitten by something.

Nous avons dû changer 3 × de cambre car dans cet hôtel il y a une discothèque et impossible de dormir jusqu’à 4h du matin, vraiment décevant, le pire hôtel que j’ai fait depuis que je voyage avec Hotels.com, il y avait un cafard dans le lit et dans la salle de bain tout est rouillé et l’hôtel n’est vraiment pas propre. Rien à voir avec les hôtels que j’ai pu réserver avec Hotels.com

No telephone service in the room

The room smelt of damp and there were no towels. The only good thing about the hotel was the bed that’s all. I wouldn’t come back again though.

Basic hotel. Too noisy at night. Heavy indian influence.

The hotel was old and run down. The hallway was noisy due to the noisy guests and children running through the corridors after midnight. When call into reception there was no answer. Generally clean and decent.

Stay away from this hotel if you're black.Sorry to say that but it felt like racism to me.From the front desk to the security they lack professionalism.They looked at us with such a disgust and looked so annoyed every time we tried to ask something.I have never , in my entire life, been treated so poorly.There's no hot water, the room is outdated. It took them more than 2hrs to provide us with the iron we requested to press our clothes.When we were checking out , they refused to help us with our luggage.The security guy was literally standing there and watched us while we were struggling to load our bags. Our driver was speechless after he saw happened. I will never go back there or refer them never!! I wish I could rate them -10 star

Worse hotel experience ever. Overall Poor service.

I want to start by saying that this was booked by Expedia and was meant to be with breakfast which I paid extra for but when the confirmation came it was without breakfast. It definitely did not mention that it was 3PM check in time because had I known this prior to my arrival I would not have booked this property. Our flight was an early morning one and when we arrived they told us that we couldn’t check in until 3PM nor did they have “any available rooms” that we could purchase even though we should have been a complimentary one seeing as we were leaving at midnight the night we was leaving. The staff did not care that we had just got off a flight and made us sit in the waiting area for number of hours before we finally got our room. They wouldn’t declare the difference in price for with or without breakfast and had no idea how it could have happened. There was many other people in similar situations as a lot of them were in the waiting area.. check out time is also early so need to bear that in mind. Room card kept not working so daily had to go downstairs to make it work again. Terrible experience not sure how this is a 4* hotel.

Kiváló hotel. A szobákban nincs semmi extra, de a célnak tökéletesen megfelelnek. A 4 csillagos érzés is megvolt. Közel van a reptér, kb 7 perc volt kocsival/taxival. A közelben több vásárlási lehetőség és boltok is voltak. A szobák tiszták és tiszta a fürdőszoba is. Napi takarítás van. A reggeli kiváló. Ajánlom mindenkinek a hotelt.

A közelben több vásárlási lehetőség és boltok is voltak. A szobák tiszták és tiszta a fürdőszoba is. Napi takarítás van. A reggeli kiváló. Ajánlom mindenkinek a hotelt.
