Service at the hotel is world class, every single member of staff with a smile on their face and can’t do enough to help you. Hotel, grounds and spa are glorious. The only downside I can say is the noise from the construction site during the night as the workers are working 24/7. The new construction site, coupled with the Five Luxe blocks out the sun for most of the day at the pool areas which is a shame.

Lux feel but a little tired. Rates are less than other Dubai hotels, so can be a good option . Staff and care excellent. Annoying loud music played on beach which is horrid if you like peace and quiet on the beach

The Ritz Carlton is unbelievable beautiful. The staff is on a other level. Best Place for relaxing in a fast growing city full of exiting places to enjoy. Die Poolanlage und den privaten Strand mit einem top Service haben wir sehr genossen. Auch kulinarisch wurden unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Das Frühstücksbuffet beeindruckte mit Vielfalt und Qualität. The first night I woke up to a completely wet floor from a leak, and the controle for the AC didn’t work. They did change my room, but no letter apologizing for the horrible night. They use to put flowers in the room, but not one flower. I have staid at this Ritz many times, but must say it was disappointing. The room staff were amazing and welcoming though.

Ich reise sehr viel und wohne stets in sehr guten Hotels. Das Ritz-Carlton Dubai Jumeirah Beach hat bezüglich der Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität des Personals alles übertroffen. Besser geht es nicht. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll. Im Garten waren leider Umbauten und am Strand blickt man eben auch seitlich auf Häuser, doch auch das ist ok und der Strand ist sauber, gepflegt und man wird mit Handtüchern, Wasser und auch mal Eis äussert aufmerksam versorgt. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist riesig, das Essen in den Restaurants sehr gut. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert !

This hotel is beautiful. They have alot of staff to help with your baggage or if you need transportation. They also have security. This made me feel safe. The front desk reception was very friendly especially Suman. I thoroughly enjoyed my room. It was spacious and the bed and bedding was very clean and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Property is in a decent location in the JBR part of Dubai. The staff is great and I have no complaints with the service. However, the property is a bit dated, especially compared to some of the other luxury properties in the area. We had lounge access with our room and were disappointed. The food was not great and it was always busy. The beds are pretty horrible. It seemed as if the mattress was years old where you could see where people had slept over time. Myself and my wife tried to lay together in the middle of the bed but were laying at an angle at that point. Super uncomfortable. When I’m spending over $1,000 USD per night I would expect that they would at the very least rotate the mattresses. It was also quite loud at the property with people yelling down the hallways and partying outside until way past 12am. All in all we were very disappointed with Ritz Carlton Dubai and left after one night to return to another luxury property in the area. I would not recommend staying here and unfortunately will not be returning to any other Ritz Carlton property after this experience.

Quand on choisit un hotel 5* à ce prix on espère de la qualité et du confort. Les nuits n'étaient pas confortables du tout, vu que sur le terrain juste à coté de l'hotel il y a un gratte ciel en construction, même la nuit à une heure ou deux heures du matin, on entend le chantier, les marteaux piqueurs etc ..impossible de dormir. L'hotel était rempli d'enfants qui couraient et hurlaient pendant le petit dejeuner, là encore, aucun confort, personne ne pense à gérer la clientele, ou proposer un espace plus calme aux adultes sans enfants.

We felt the following were items with room for improvement at the The Ritz JBR Dubai: The Club lounge wasn't very welcoming and lacked atmosphere. Despite the dress code requirements for the club lounge, in the morning, lunch time and evening there were guests wearing beach or gym wear(sometimes wet clothing). There didn't appear to be enough staff on in the club lounge during busy periods which left tables uncleared and people waiting for drinks etc. On the beach we expected the usual Ritz service but once our sunbeds were made up and we were given cold water in a cooler, no staff came to see if we needed anything for the whole time we were on the beach. Club lounge reception staff were not very welcoming and often didn't look up from their computer screens. (Which is probably why the dress code isn't being monitored and controlled). Our experience as a whole wasn't as expected and as a result we won't be staying there again.

The staff provided Ritz Carlton service 100% from the front desk, bell staff, restaurant, and pool . We enjoyed a couple of the onsite restaurants. The food and service were all excellent. The location of the hotel was beautiful and very walkable. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again if we ever visit Dubai again!

The best among the best. My wife and I had the most amazing experience during our stay in this hotel. All the personnel without exception was amazing, kind and very professional. They really know what service is about. My wife and I receive the most beautiful welcome and during our stay we felt like at home due to the kindness and hospitality of the staff. The in-room team did an amazing job to make us feel like we were in paradise. We made a good friend, Edwin, the security person. He is an amazing person. We left with a memorable experience. Zum 2. Mal in diesem Hotel. Club Zimmer mit Meersicht war super. Die Zimmerboys Aravind, Ivan, gopal und Bikram haben täglich unser Zimmer sehr gut unterhalten und uns mit den lustigen Tierfiguren überrascht. Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant Splendido inkl. Service sehr gut. Im Restaurant La Baie war das Essen nicht überragend, jedoch der Kellner Max war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Einmal haben wir das Blue Jade besucht, das Essen war ausgezeichnet, doch der unkoordinierte Service und das Durcheinander von Personal auf der Terrasse hat uns von einem 2. Besuch abgehalten. Die Poollandschaft ist sehr schön und grosszügig angelegt. Besonders der Poolboy KAMAL war sehr freundlich, hat seine Arbeit top gemacht, war immer und überall zur Stelle. Leider war die sehr laute Musik bei den diversen Anlässen auf dem Gelände bis gegen Mitternacht sehr störend. Schade, dass auch jedes Restaurant seine eigene Musik via Lautsprecher relativ laut ertönen lässt.- Weniger wäre mehr!
