We found the staff rude and unhelpful, we were disturbed by a women yelling at 3.30am one night for about 20 minutes, no apology or explanation as to what was going on. Bell service was a rip off, we asked for a taxi and he put us in a private car wanting to charge us a premium price. We booked a tour through the hotel and wasn't what we paid for, had to pay extra on the tour for some extras and we were put in the two back seats with no leg room for over 3 hours. When we asked for a partial refund the concierge was disinterested in our experience and said that was the price for busy time, even though it wasn't a busy time. Food and Beverage staff at breakfast were unfriendly and appeared like they didn't want to be there. We were told on arrival they were doing renovations we were not aware of so there would be some noise during the day. Overall very disappointing and won't stay there again.

I dont recommend it. There were over 5 night clubs in it with loud music until 4 am everyday. The front desk are not friendly at all. I asked for an iron twice and they ignored me.

Parking basement to room connecting elevators are not there, so better off load luggage’s before heading to the parking. In room safety box looks museum piece, it will no way fit in laptops if that is of any concerns to travelers, pillow options are not there. Bed was so so comfortable, furniture is old and needs renovation, I guess still it’s a good come back for the facility Post-pandemic era, with incoming post-pandemic revenues, I hope things will improve for better guest experience Lots of entertainment in-house for adventures travelers

I was given a smoking room and it was terrible. I asked to be transferred to another room but I was told they are fully booked. Also there a a strange smell that made my stay unpleasant. I hope the management do something to get it fixed.

This place is only for people who want to party until late. i couldn't get any sleep cuz the night clubs in the hotel were blasting until 3:00 am. I had asked for a non smoking room but the room smelled really bad as if someone had smoked. This hotel is not 4 star as rated on Expedia. more like 3 star

For the value of room rates I paid, I can't complain. They even allowed an early c/in. Breakfast buffet seems a bit overpriced for the selection of meal choices. It's a bit disappointing to find out that they can't make a flat white, let alone choose plant based milk for those with lactose intolerance. I paid 20 AED for an awfully tasting cappuccino. At night, people talk loudly while they walk through the corridor. There are clubs in the hotel and that probably explain why so.
