The room wasn’t cleaned and the staff never gave clean sheets. Don’t expect them to pick up the call for anything after ten.

The hotel's location was excellent, but the room we shared (four people including my two teenage children) was very small and poorly ventilated. Breakfast was good.

Hotel was very overpriced wrt what it offers. Rooms were ok, but aircon would only run for an hour or two before needing reactivation. Got warm during the night. Hotel was clean but somewhat worn. Breakfast was very basic, and the breakfast area was quite crowded - not a peaceful experience. Staff was a bit curt when responding to requests for for instance milk refills. All in all decent but not pleasant. Location was good tho.

The fold out bed in our room was not suitable for 2 persons - selling a room like this to 4 persons is not ok. The air conditioning in the breakfast room was scaring people away from all the tables beneath the AC. Breakfast was OK - Hotel was located well in the city. Staff was polite and helped us out when needed.
