Stayed 1 night

Had an overnight stay at the Glasshouse. Staff were amazing , very helpful and friendly. Room was lovely apart from the headboard !! The faux leather was all cracked and peeled quite badly and for a hotel that is of such high quality and standards and service that alone let it down , oh and the 5% discretionary!!! service charge which is applied when you check out . I was so stunned I just nodded, however on reflection I should have said no as I think £510 for one nights stay ( which was a treat for my friend and I ) was more than enough. This service charge feature will make me serious think if I should ever want to stay here again .

The hotel was wonderful from the woman who greeted us to the hotel. We loved David, the concierge, who showed us around the hotel and recommended great restaurants and changed one reservation to an earlier time for us. The breakfast was very good and a pleasing outlook.
