The walls are very thin. We were at the baseball teams, and you could hear everybody running down the interior hallways. Hearing every word they said. It’s right across from the mall. There’s good restaurants around you and access to a road is right there. The pool is pretty nice and we were able to use a conference room in the basement which seemed a bit Dungee, but it worked for the team for a great place to meet up.

Very clean and fresh room. New fixtures and very comfy bed. Friendly staff, lounge, Tims, and close to a major mall. Only con would be the parking if you drive a larger vehicle.

Staff was very kind and approachable. No vending machine on the second floor, but they have a snack room instead which is much better! The attached restaurant is a nice thing to have also. I also love how late their pool and hot tub are open. Thank you!

Hotel was great. Very friendly staff. My son loved the pool and it was a great temp. It wasnt to cold or to warm. Great price and location for shopping as well as close to where we have an appointment.

I loved the room. I didn’t like the smoke smell leading up to the room. Also, the cleanliness is a 2/5. There was hair in the bed & bathroom (not mine). There was a spilled drink stain on the side table (this could easily be wiped by cleaning staff). Lastly, bathroom bath was clogged.

The hotel was fine, everything looked cleaned. It was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but there several spots throughout the hotel that smelled to tobacco and marijuana smoke.

The carpet in the room had not been cleaned. There was either puke or pizza ground into the carpet by the bed. I brought this to the attention of front desk staff. They did not even offer to move me or have someone clean it up. Disgusting. I will never stay here again, nor will I allow my employees to stay here again.

Just checked in. Our room is outdated and not like the photos online. Our room smells terrible. The fridge and microwave are in the bathroom area. Not impressed for the amount per night.

Excellent sleep in a great bed, awesome pillows, huge TV, clean modern bathroom. The AC was not working but we were able to sleep with the large sliding window open, it is a quiet neighborhood at night. This is an old building, added on to over the years so that navigation around the property (indoors) is silly. The restaurant on the 2nd floor provided excellent service, food and great value for breakfast. Perfect for our needs.

The rooms are awesome! Comfy, quiet, well appointed, clean, and updated. Huge modern TVs. Lots of USB plugs and great lighting and decor. Supremely comfy bed! The hotel common areas, however, have seen better days. Staff are friendly, patient and helpful. Parking has plugs available for winter (for block heaters). Great location near a major mall. Despite the shabbiness of the common areas and the frequent smell of cigarette smoke in the entries and hallways, I’d stay here again.

Overall for the price and location (wanted to be close to Rogers place) it was good. The rooms are newly renovated - no complains about that. However the air conditioner was horrible, truly do not think it even worked.

The room was nicely updated and very comfortable. Unfortunately we were given a room next to the stairs, elevator and ice machine so was very noisy. I would stay here again if I could be given a room in a quieter location.

The staff were all great. They were all friendly and helpful. The only issue was it was unseasonably cold when we stayed and the room had no heat. It turns out, that they shut off the boiler for summer so there is no heat. In Northern Alberta, heat should be a year round option. Otherwise, I recommend this hotel.

The staff were super nice. Some things are a little outdated (carpet, doors) but overall comfortable. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The shining star though are the staff and food at the in-house restaurant. No there isn’t a free breakfast, but $10.50 for coffee, two eggs, choice of meat, diced potatoes, toast, and fresh-cut fruit is a pretty good deal. The staff are so friendly, remember if you stay longer than a day, and food is served quickly (even when it’s busy).

Great value, clean & comfortable room, safe parking. Unfortunately the front desk clerk was less than friendly when I checked in. Slept well enough, the room was quiet. Breakfast buffet was included but it was not hot or tasty, and I absolutely hate eating off paper plates and wooden utensils.

Central location, great. The shower did have hair on the wall and ceiling; that was not great. Beyond the shower, the hotel was amazing. Food from the pub/restaurant was delicious.

Great! The restaurant was so wonderful and the staff were all very nice. Very convenient for our weekend. Only thing I wish it would have said was that Tim Hortons was closed as we had an early morning on Saturday and we were relying on there for a quick breakfast and coffee. Otherwise everything was great!
