Lots of fun activities for kids - the pool had toys and the mini putt and slushies were a great addition. Staff was super friendly and welcoming and were amazing to my young child too. Breakfast was simple but good - ideally breakfast might last a little longer.

The main complaint I have is that there is a safety issue with the 4 corners of your pool. There are painted squares there in each corner, very slippery. I fell on my back . Luckily I was not injured. I am a senior so it was a scary situation. I was not running and was just walking across to go down the steps. The two evenings I was there I saw kids slip on those particular squares. The rest of the pool side is safe but those painted squares are an accident waiting to happen.

Great pool area. Loved the loungers. Cool that is had 3 hole mini golf in the hallway. The evening free soup was fantastic to have and the Continental breakfast was good. The rooms were nice and the staff was all friendly. The current renovations to rooms were no disturbance to us. 5 min drive to mall and close to everything you could need. Will stay here again when back in Edmonton.

The hotel is older, but has had renovations to the rooms. The gym is awesome. Breakfast and the dining room was excellent. Nice pool. The front staff were pleasant. Locked front door at night, and room card elevator access, adds security to your stay.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The parking lot is very tight for parking and each time we walked from our vehicle to the main door we could smell marijuana smoke in the parking lot and the smoking area is right across from the front entrance. Breakfast was ok.

Stay was excellent and convenient to a health care facility. The only CONCERN/ SAFETY HAZARD I have is the washroom floor in the Pool area women’s side was extremely slippery, the floors do not have fall/ safety adhesive on the floor for traction. Or needs staff to come and mop up the pool water.. noted big chunk of hair on side of pool.. gross… pool area could be maintained better .

It was okay. There’s no housekeeping during your stay so don’t expect clean towels, toilet paper refills, garbage to be taken out, or beds to be made unless you call the front desk and request things. Pretty average. The building is undergoing renos.

Noticed a lot of uncleaned areas in the hotel room and breakfast area. The window in the room was full of finger prints and smears, the dolly to bring luggage up to the room also full of greasy finger prints, the restaurant eating area, the wood frame around the booths also full of fingerprints left from little kids. Looked it had not been cleaned in a very long time. Other than that the hotel was great. Comfy beds and pillows and very pleasant staff and great breakfast for a continental style. We were happy with our stay.

I’m absolutely disgusted by the so called service this hotel offered. In the city for my son to have a procedure at the Stollery. Booked one night as we live 2 hours from the city, needed to be at the hospital for 6 am prep. On booking the hotel, sent a message through Expedia to request a crib or playpen. I never heard back. The day of check-in, called the hotel to request one. The lady said no problem, they’d have it ready for us. On arrival (8pm approx.) Ester, the front desk, said didn’t have a crib, that the other staff member would have to call another guests room and see if they still needed their crib… Thank goodness other staff knew where cribs available, and able to bring one directly to our room. (Had I known it was going to be such a hassle, I could have brought our own playpen).Once in the room we had a late supper and I put him to bed. I noticed a tuft of fake eyelashes on the ground. Disgusting, but I brushed it off. The next morning I took a shower. On the inner door handle I found a huge clump of fake eyelashes… absolutely disgusting, very obviously room NOT cleaned. We checked out less than an hour later. Told the front desk I was disgusted and she gave me an email to send pictures to. I waited for a response by email, to which I got today saying I should have called when I noticed the filth, not waiting to check out… I WILL NEVER RETURN. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The towels in my bathroom all had hair on them, not sure if they were human hair or pet hair. The bathtub is very slippery. The room was dusty. The front desk staff were friendly. We stayed just one night and it was a very average experience for me.

The breakfast options were extremely limited and they were out of coffee on two of the days The wifi was extremely slow, plan on having your own data because the wifi is basically unusable We arrived to a note that housekeeping would come every three days. I would never have booked the hotel if I knew that ahead of time, the lack of cleanliness everywhere was very apparent. The pool had a basketball net but with no basketball. Overall very disappointed and not good value.

We stayed last minute after another hotel made a mistake on our booking. The staff were great, the room was super clean and our kids loved the pool. Only downside was that the feather beds on the mattress get really hot when sleeping. We had to open the window in the middle of the night

My rating is poor because I booked a king bed but upon check in I was told that there was none left. I was given two options , get a king bed suite but have to pay more or get two queen beds and not pay anything extra. Hotel blames it on Expedia and Expedia blames it on the hotel and I was given nothing for the inconvenience.

The air conditioner in our room was sooo loud. Everytime it kicked in it would wake us up. We were exhausted by the time we got back to our room so mentioned this to the front desk in the morning. We received a “sorry about that.” Customer service has really changed over the years. A 10.00 gift card to get a coffee or even 10.00 off your stay when you paid 190.00 for the night goes a long way to have returning customers. Unfortunately I won’t be back.

Great staff at the front desk. Helpful, friendly, appreciative of my family’s situation / needs. Close to West Edm Mall. Uber was 8-11 bucks away. Hotel has lots of parking if you have a vehicle. My kiddos enjoyed the mini golf and pool area.

Fire alarm went off at 3:30am we received no evacuation instructions or explanation for why an evacuation was not needed. Second floor flood left us with no water in the morning. Couldn’t get ready for important medical appointment. Requested refund from hotel and they said they’d coordinate with Expedia but never returned my calls.

I really wanted food at dinner time (7 pm) but the hotel restaurant was closed so I walked to properties adjacent & was chased by a person high on drugs…at which point I had to call 911.

Excellent water pressure, bed was comfortable. Slushy machine was popular with the kids. Lobby smelled like leaking sewage masked by industrial deodorizer. There were a few unsavory, unhoused people floating around the parking lot. Didn’t feel very safe.

Failed to disclose restaurant was down and no hot breakfast until after we paid and arrived. We were told to go down to the front and receive a boxed breakfast for each of us (family of four). The boxed breakfast was an orange and no name granola bar each. To top it all off their payment processor is down and they didn’t notify us. We will receive our deposit back in four to five business days after they hand in the paperwork tomorrow morning.

Got a very good deal just $95 for a stay of 4 people including breakfast. Room were very clean and looks to be newly renovated. Staff was Pleasant. Lots of options in Breakfast. I have stayed in lots of hotel before. This was a great deal for just $95.

Yes staff were very polite and helpful. Room was a good size. Bath was small and slippy. No rubber non slip mat was provided. Towels were very small in size. Bathroom fan was very noisy. Hot Breakfast items were cold.

Just an overnight. Good service. Great restaurant for dinner on site. Some fun games and a pool available. Nice, clean room. We prefer to pick up breakfast and take it to our room to enjoy but they were very reluctant to allow this. Otherwise, a great stay near shopping.
