Our stay had some positives, especially the staff, everyone was great, and Emma was outstanding. Breakfast was also very good. However, the room itself was disappointing. When we arrived, the carpet was soaked, and we had to be moved. The new room still wasn’t properly cleaned, as there was litter left under the bed from previous guests.
