Breakfast wasn’t great. Most of the offerings were empty and had to ask to have them filled. We got to breakfast area within 45 minutes of closing. Almost every item was empty, coffee, water, potatoes, bacon and the items that were available were cold Once asked things were refilled. There was lots of staff milling around. And still lots of guests waiting for breakfast. But nothing was refilled unless you specifically asked

The hotel is quite nice and reasonable for what it is. The included breakfast was quite nice, as well the check-out allowed for an opportunity to sleep in. The included parking is two blocks away and would be quite undesirable in winter.

Stayed 4 nights

It is getting quite run down. Lots of the chairs need replacing or refurbishing as they are showing breaks in the upholstery. The furniture in the rooms (we were in 2 different rooms as we had to change rooms) is showing damage and wear on the edges. There was a hole in the wall in the 2nd room we were assigned to. The bedsheets did not go further than the top end of the mattress, not enough material to tuck them in at the end of the bed, leaving the mattress and mattress pad exposed to one's feet, not the most hygienic. The breakfast is not as good as it used to be. Coffee maker at in the breakfast area not working and had a big out of order sign on it for our 4 night stay. Appears they are cutting corners in all sorts of places. The towels were old and worn, almost grey in colour. The sort of towels one would expect to find in a 3rd world country budget hotel. No security in the elevators. The scanning machine in the elevators that reads your room card was either not working or just turned off so anyone off the street could come up to the guest room floors.

Great location with lots of restaurants, cafes and amenities. Hotel breakfast was also a good spread and rooms were very comfortable, clean along with good wifi. Would stay again.
