Highly recommend this very affordable hotel. Enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay here again if ever I return to Edmonton. Very accessible, lots of nearby restaurants to grab your lunch or dinner. Also a 10-minute bus ride to West Edmonton Mall. Their breakfast is also great, you will never leave hungry! I like how the server cleaned each table once the guests are done eating. I also liked their complimentary tea room with the water station.

Our reservation was easy to set up for the weekend. We arrived and were greeted warmly by the front desk staff. The gentleman on duty was clearly knew but he tried hard. The young woman who was there provided great support for the man. Our check in was relatively smooth and simple. We got to our room which was clean. The beds were a little springy for our liking. We started off our days with a trip to the well attended breakfast buffet. The hot food was hot and fresh. The lady looking after the buffet was very attentive. She was aided by a very personable young lady named Jacqueline. She made a connection with my family who are Spanish speaking. She helped my wife with some of the things to see in town. Thank you Jacqueline for your suggestions and directions. The hotel was clean, easy to find and navigate. It’s close to amenities and places that you want to visit and the West Edmonton Mall is a two minute drive away. The people are friendly and helpful. The room is accurately described and pictured. All in all, the Quality Inn West Edmonton is exceptional value and worthy of a five star rating. Thank you!
