Amazing hotel! Situated next to river. Incredibly calm ambience with the benefit of spa. Beautiful decor and spotlessly clean. Staff are delightful and can’t do enough to make your stay the best it can be. Food is first class Highly recommend ( and we are very fussy!!)

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bristol. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel lobby bar and dining area were well decorated and comfortable. We were told we were staying in a newly renovated room and it did not disappoint. Beautiful and lux are the two words I would use to describe. This is a 4-star hotel and it's been very well earned. Very centrally located (less than 10 minute walk to the train station; 15 minute or so walk to old down; 2 minute walk to the river). Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel in a great location accessible to many of Geneva’s sites and activities. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. My husband enjoyed the gym and spa. Our family found the hotel and it’s site delightful. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel in Geneva. The central location is great. Unfortunately, there is no valet parking. We had to park at the train station which was about a 10 minute walk with luggage and a huge complex to understand if you are a visitor. The shower was lovey but did not drain properly and I stood in a few inches of water to shower. The breakfast is very nice and the staff are kind and welcoming.

This boutique hotel is in an older historic looking building that has been very well maintained. The bathroom was amazing. I wish I could have taken the lighting home with me. The shower and shower pressure were also very good. Bedding was great and we had a nice view of the garden behind the building. Staff loaned us an outlet converter at no charge. In room beverages and snacks were available for purchase. A coffee making is also a available in the room and it makes good coffee. What we enjoyed most was probably the location (right around the corner from Lake Geneva) and the piano player who played in the evening. We enjoyed Michelin rated restaurants within walking distance and finished the night off in the classy bar listening to live music. Could not have been more enjoyable. The breakfast which was included with our stay was very good and offered quite a variety of options.

The property location was easy to walk around. The tour buses were only a block down from the hotel which made it very convenient. It was located in a safe neighborhood. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and wonderful comfortable bed. AC was also very good. Highly recommended.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. My room was upgraded as per my benefit, however it was upgraded to a room adjacent to the lift. This was noisy even though the person who checked me in and showed me the room assured me that it wasn’t. The hotel was booked out and therefore I was unable to change rooms. A huge catch and , it potentially may have been my own fault, albeit I did not see it on the booking site, apparently if you want to park your car at the hotel you must pre book directly with the hotel. I incurred two parking fines for extended parking at the parking garage that the hotel suggested I use. It was very late when I arrived and I was forced to take the last spot which was for electric cars……. Although, my car was a hybrid. In any event, beware. It was my first time to Geneva and with that said, I would stay elsewhere next time given my new better understanding of the area.

Beautiful hotel with professional staff. It was clear from the moment that we arrived that they took pride in making our stay memorable. From the front desk, to the concierge and restaurant- all the staff that we had the pleasure of encountering, were phenomenal. Our rooms were elegant, spacious and updated. Our bathroom- gorgeous. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Overall we were very happy with hotel. Views from bedroom balcony were fab. However, for the price breakfast was poor. At 35CHF each would expect more than a self service buffet with limited choice.

Service was superb. Staff went out of their way to help. The hotel is. Very close to the lake so convenient for exploring lake and old town opposite. There is a restaurant and bar with food where there is a limited menu. Our room was vast and beautifully decorated.

Check in was chaotic and very disappointing - a number of us arrived for the advertised 3.00pm check in only to be told our rooms weren't ready. To add insult to injury we were all treated very differently; an American couple (who arrived after us) were treated to much oohing, ahhing and polite conversation before being told that they would be upgraded so that a room was available for them now. [Strange thing is that I had a reservation for the highest grade room......] This prompted another guy to complain and say that they should either adjust his room rate or throw in a free breakfast as the room wasn't available as advertised - he was quickly ushered away from the rest of us. When I protested I was told that perhaps I would like a drink at the bar while I waited (at my own expense). Eventually, I complained again and was told a room was now available. Last to receive a room where an Arab/Somali couple who had arrived before me and a few others ......... interesting in itself!

The location is stunning, 200m from the lake, but half the price of the diplomatic expense account palaces around the corner on the waterfront. The beautiful quiet square behind the hotel adds to the enjoyment of this most central location.
