The staff were friendly and helpful. We found the location to be ideal - conveniently located adjacent to the main train station, shopping, and dining, and has easy access to public transit buses and trams. It is an easy walk to Lake Geneva (Lake Leman to locals). Old Town Geneva is just across the river. No in-house dining except breakfast (19 CHF) but many restaurants nearby. Only down side is that the AC struggled to keep the room cool but it was the middle of summer.

全体的に安っぽいつくりで古びたイメージでしたが、何よりも残念だったのはサウナが故障？メンテ中？とかで使えなかったことです。今回のホテル選定の一番のポイントでもあったのでとても残念でした。Websiteに記載してくれていれば他を選んだのに、とても残念な滞在となりました。ただし、部屋からもレストランからも、眺望がとてもよく、この点はプラスです。

Facilities are clean. The hotel is located in a safe place and very closed to the central station. There is underground shopping street, which can be accessed through the stairs in front of the hotel. There are a gym and a sauna on the basement floor. Please note, there is no toothbrush and slipper.

Comfortable room right next to the train station but surprisingly quiet despite that. Great location not to far from the heart of everything. Gym has poor internet reception (as it’s deep in the basement) and lacks enough equipment. Hotel provides free laundromat use (and I found out too late that not all hotels in Switzerland are that gracious and some charge exhorbitant prices). Shower drained slowly. Overall a good experience!

This is hands down the best place to stay in Geneva. The breakfast room has glass walls which allow for a spectacular, once in a lifetime view of The Swiss Alps and Geneva. No other hotel in the country offers such a view.

Hotel collé à la gare ce qui était notre choix. Lhotel est tres.convenable: bonne literie et belle SDB avec baignoire. Malheureusement la vue sur.les.quais et beaucoup de bruit dû au traffic des trains. On peut regretter l'absence de bar dans l'hôtel et un sauna sans cabine pour se changer.

Price quality a very good option. People at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Room was perfectly clean and had everything for a comfortable stay. The hotel is right next to a tram rail so sometimes you feel some vibrations but not in a way that it is a bother. Wouldn't recommend the breakfast though as it's quite expensive compared to neighbouring stores and bars.

The hotel is very clean and spacious. The staff was also super friendly and speaks great English, communication was easy. It’s also located right next ti the train station which made it super convenient for just a one night stay and break, while it’s not noisy at all.

호텔 객실 크기가 넓고 옷장과 수납장도 엄청 커서 편했어요. 욕실이 반투명이고(밖에서 보이지는 않아요) 문 잠금장치가 없는게 좀 불편했지만 충분히 만족합니다. 프런트 직원분이 진짜 엄청 친절합니다. 조식당은 8층인데 뷰가 너무 좋았고 샐러드나 더운 야채 등의 메뉴는 없었지만 빵류와 치즈, 잼, 요거트 종류 등이 있었어요.

This is an excellent hotel located 150 feet from the central train station. It is in great condition and the breakfast is good. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is that the room was very hot (in April) and there was no A/C controls in it. At night I had to open windows facing the railroad tracks so there was a lot of noise. If you decide to stay there, please ask for a room facing away from the trains.

Room we had very strong chemical smell, couldn’t stay in that room when we complained they moved us to the top floor which was a great room, fresh, airy, bright and we could open the windows which gave us fresh air. There’s no concierge service at all, no one to help with our luggage or guide us to our room. Hotel looks and feels tired, staffs attitude matched the hotel. This hotel should be 3 stars.

The hotel room is a bit small for 3 people ( triple room). We were given the first floor and was quite noisy as we could hear the trams passing by most of the time till midnight . There is no air conditioning except a fan. However , the location is excellent , just a few minutes walk to the Train station, tram and bus stops.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Hotel ist modern, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. So verfügt das Zimmer nur über wenige Steckdosen, der Fernseher ist klein und kurz vor End-of-Life, die Betten sind etwas Basic und die Steuerung der Raumtemparatur geht fast nicht. Immer hin lassen sich die Fenster öffnen. Grösster Minuspunkt war die grosse Hitze im Zimmer, welche sich nicht regulieren liess. Daher war der Komfort im Zimmer recht mies.

The hotel is located in the perfect place if you aren't looking to stray far from the main train station in Geneva. The building may look aged, but the interior is quite modern and pretty. We had no issues during our stay and would recommend Hotel Cornavin to anybody!

Super clean well equipped room and decent breakfast with great views from the 8th floor. Check in and breakfast staff could not have been nicer. Check out staff not so good - wonder why? Very convenient for the station and for walking to the lake.

O hotel é excelente. Mesmo que seja do lado da estação principal de Genebra não tivemos problemas com o som ou barulhos. Se tiver sorte de pegar o quarto da frente, a vista é bem bonita para a catedral. O café é bem suíço não excede em opções, mas é eficiente, algo parecido com granolas, compotas, pães, ovos mexidos e salsicha. Sustenta bem o turista que vai perambular pela cidade. Algumas atendentes falam português, o que ajuda. Além disso, recebemos passes de transporte púbico pela cidade nos dias que ficamos lá. Com certeza recomendo.

We needed a close hotel to the train station and Expedia suggested this one. Lots of restaurants nearby. Pleasant staff at the front desk. Nice spacious room. Perfect for our needs, though the bathtub was deep to get in and out of (bad knees). The breakfast on the 8th floor was good and the view outstanding. Definitely will stay here again.
