More 3 star than four. Small room, gym, and AC didn't work. Lobby reeks of cigarettes.

Nice hotel, very nice staff and great location. 5 minute walk to the train station (which is 6 minute train to airport). 15 min walk to old downtown. The only potential negative is the (very) small elevators.. not for someone a tad claustrophobic.

Room and common areas, and staff were all excellent. Laundry facilities were not available (working?) causing me to go to a outside place. Fortunately, after I research d places found one that was 2 minutes away. It was very nice. Staff should have had a list of places recommended (distance, rating).

We had an amazing stay! The facilities were incredible (including a little kitchenette) so we could buy and prepare our own food. The staff were very friendly and helpful plus, you get a transport card which made exploring Geneva super easy. Thank you so much, the only hotel we will be staying in from now on.

Il soggiorno è andato molto bene. La camera era confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario. La struttura è silenziosa e lo staff molto garbato. La colazione è ricca e abbondante. Comoda la presenza del parcheggio, seppur caro. Ottima posizione per visitare la città. Unico neo: le porte esterne degli ascensori sono da reggere a mano e, con i bagagli, non è il massimo per una struttura così.

Decent hotel, 5mins walk from the central train station, good environment, easy to get necessities around, supportive and friendly staff, interesting elevators, good place to stay. Only thing I found inconveniencing was non-availability of clothes iron in the room and having to go to "ironing room" on the 8th floor in the hotel with your clothes, to iron them when needed.

Clean and location was excellent

I got flee bites the 1st night and the 2nd night. The 1st night, I thought it must have been a spider, but then when it happened again in multiple places the 2nd night, I realized this was flees.

Excellent and friendly staff and cozy room. Very clean as well. Very close location to train station.

We had a great stay. The room was great, super clean, not big but nicely set up. The little kitchenette was well equipped and very useful, the bed was comfortable, Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful. One little negative is that the hotel smells a bit like cigarettes, even being in a non-smoking floor we could smell it through the air conditioning. Geneva is definitely a city of smokers, so it could be coming from outside.

Room is spacious and staff is friendly. However some areas of the room is dirty and the room is not super soundporoof.

I liked how close the hotel was to a big train station where you could also take trams and busses. Right in front of the hotel there also was a tram. Within walking distance you can find plenty of super markets/convenience stores and two smaller shopping malls/centers with different kinds of shops and food. All the places we wanted to visit were very easy to reach from our hotel. The area felt safe and we didn't experience any noise issues even though we were literally next to the train tracks. Sometimes you'd hear a train but nothing too loud or noisy. The AC was our biggest issues. It was terribly hot the week we were there and you could barely feel the AC. We mentioned this multiple times and they said they would take a look. But they never got back to us. We eventually noticed other people getting a standing fan and had to ask one for ourselves. I feel like they should have offered it themselves cause they knew we were having a hard time sleeping due to the warmth. Another issues was the housekeeping. They were really inconsistent with what time they were coming. Sometimes we came back to our hotel room around 3-5 pm and the room had yet to be cleaned. I honestly expected a bit more of a 4 star hotel. It definitely wasn't bad just not 4 star level. It was the small stuff like small elevators, 1 tiny shower gel for 2 people, staff not anticipating your needs (like the fan), not refilling tissues or creamers without asking etc.

Clean, friendly and modern accommodation. Ideal for a short stay in Geneva. Conveniently just 5 minute walk from Geneva rail station and 10 minutes walk from the lake side.

The room was clean and staff friendly. The rooms though may need an upgrade as my room looked a bit outdated. There is no airport shuttle but the train station is very close.

Room was nice but train alarm sounds kept waking me up. Normal train noise was tolerable except for alarm noises. Get room facing street if possible. Quick walk to tram and train station. Staff very friendly and helpful.

A nice Hotel only a few minutes walk from the lake frontage and convenient for the railway station. The room was a little small but had a large balcony which was lovely. It did overlook the railway station but the room was sound proofed so no noise once the balcony door was closed. Reception were very friendly and helpful with a late checkout of 12:00

There was no way to adjust the air conditioner but it was working.

3 minute walk from the train station. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Room was quiet but too warm.

The staff were excellent. Helped with recommendations on food and sights nearby, helped make dinner reservations and provided top notch service.

This is my third stay at this hotel. I used to like this property very much but this time it gave me a huge dissapointment with its staff concerning the overall payment process. They charged me with CHF before I checked in and then another CHF when I checked in and then chared an extra in USD when I checked out applying very low CHF:USD exchange rate(0.77) and then charged me the total amount in USD, not CHF which caused me quite a loss. Why? They should have just charged me in CHF just as it has been notified in Hotels.com webpage.

The hotel is close to the train station and walking distance to many restaurants and city center. The service staff were friendly, but the service at the hotel was just average or one that you would find at a two star hotel. Staff at the reception desk were polite but always acted as if they were being interrupted.

Ideally situated for arriving from the airport by train - only a few minutes walk down the road. The train from the airport literally takes 6 minutes - the hotel had emailed us out the free transport card and although I'd downloaded it to my phone, no one asked to see it over our weekend stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly (and accepting of my limited French!). Our room had been made up as a double rather than a twin, and despite the fact it was 2315h, the guy on reception sorted out another room quickly, no issue at all. We had breakfast included in our rate - it was plentiful and fresh, good choices and set us up for the day. Travelling around Geneva is easy - there are quite a few trams and buses from the station that go over to the Old Town (and even a tram (15 stop Mole) from outside hotel to take you the journey to station if you have lots of luggage. If we were in Geneva again, I would certainly look at staying here again. Thank you for a great stay :)

전체적으로 문제가 없었지만 식당 여직원의 대응이 아쉬웠습니다. 안경을 쓰지 않은 다소 뚱뚱한 여성분이었는데, 제가 식사를 하고 있는 테이블 위로 옆 테이블의 접시를 올려놨습니다. 제가 식사를 빨리 마치길 바래서 그런것인지 아니면 제게 무슨 악감정이 있었는지 모르겠지만, 매우 불쾌한 경험이었습니다.

Didn’t like the fact that staff at check out kept querying me about the room payment despite having confirmed at check in that I b. Felt more like profiling than anything else. ooked via Expedia and the payment was deducted already for the full stay. Actually sat in reception the whole time waiting for cab for 20 minutes and after cab had put my stuff in the car he kept me at the reception asking questions and checking for the payment

Amazing city location minutes from the train station with amazing staff. I would recommend to any one and would stay again and again.

Great location 3 minutes walk to train station. Clean decent size rooms for Europe. Very quite. Price is reasonable for a big city

We staying one night in the hotel. The lobby is contemporary and beautiful. The staff were professional ,but not warm. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, however our room looked into the train station! The part of the city this hotel is located was not attractive at all. We stayed in another part of the city when we first landed and it was much nicer.

Old type of 4 stars hotel , near train station Rooms are small but sufficient I liked the small kitchen with espresso machine and micro wave and sink . Very comfortable for night stay before or after flight . Good breakfast

Our family stayed here passing through at the end of our vacation in France, as we flew home from Geneva. We were only at the hotel for about 12 hours, but it was clean, comfortable, and great location for travelling. We arrived by bus and we walked to the hotel. The next morning, we walked to the train station to get to the airport very easily. The hotel stay included free train tickets. We wished that the hotel had a restaurant on site as the kiddos were exhausted and just wanted to stay in. We were told that they share hotels under the same umbrella, but they were in different locations. We were able to get 2 connectiving rooms which was convenient. We didn't have time to try any hotel amenities. Overall, a great convenient and clean hotel stay for a pass-through.

The hotel was located in the downtown area of Geneva. It is very well maintained. Breakfast was splendid. Services were excellent.
