Tourelles is a basic hotel right along the waterfront and within easy walk of public transportation. It’s in the downtown, so it’s loud. It’s an older hotel, so there’s no a/c , and opening the window to the balcony means letting the significant noise and light in. The bathroom is tiny but had everything we needed, including a hairdryer. The staff are friendly. It met our needs perfectly; we just had a hard time finding the promised nearby public parking. To be clear, there is NO parking at the premises though they do provide a discount ticket to offset the parking fees. Did I mention its in a great location?

Perfect little hotel with all amenities. Bathroom was a tad small. But view was spectacular especially with the sunshine. Close to all shops, cafes and bars. Staff super friendly. There is a small lift to help get back to room after a long day of exploring. Will definitely come back and stay here.

It is very close to the city center and has a stunning view, but the building is old and the bathroom might need renovation. Since the main building is shared by several businesses, I didn’t feel it was very secure.

Beautiful old building carved up into hotel rooms. Probably about as good as one could hope for. Good location close to 5 star amenities. Not sure the advertising matches the results. Still, reasonable value for reasonable price. A bit loud but maybe higher would have been quieter. Clean and safe.

Staff was great, room was comfortable, view was wonderful.. Had to carry luggage up some stairs to the elevator. The info about the transport card was fantastic and allowed us to travel all around the city for free! Bathroom was a bit small but private and manageable. Would stay again!!!

We decided the hotel was totally misrepresented. Our reservation was for 2 beds the 1 bed wasn't even a full size. The bathroom was not hygienic, the neighborhood was no where near old town. In addition, the staff was rude, argumentative and not willing at all to accommodate. We left and stayed at a different hotel loosing $380 because they would not honor our request.

Old building, everything you see is old. The closet door can't even close. Room is clean, size is decent, bed was okay. But you can clearly hear the voice from next door. And the wifi is like doesn't exist, you can only connect the wifi in bathroom and still super weak reception. The bathroom is suuuper small, the shower can fit 1 skinny person with standstill.

Lovely location. It felt very french and authentic. It was quite old fashioned but that gave it a romantic feel. Bathroom very small. The balcony area was lovely for a morning cup of tea and looking over the river. Staff were lovely.

It is a charming old building with French windows looking out on the river. It is convenient to the old city, museums and lots of restaurants. The reason I gave it a 3 is that the rooms are very basic and my bathroom was tiny. Still it worked out well for me since I was coming and going from the train station which is a walkable distance.

Not far from the airport by bus,Approx 15 mins, This hotel is located near a bridge in the centre of Geneva. The receptionists i met were very polite, very welcoming, spoke good English My room was on the 2nd floor via a lift or stairs, with a view of the river. It had a kettle, tea/coffer facilities but no milk.I did find a Co op mini supermarket next to the main train station, about 10 mins away.There is a fridge in the room as well, Excellent wifi ,and the shower room was excellent with hot running water. It was quiet as well.

Great location as only about 7 mins walk from the raiway station, vry close to old town and all sights walkable such as the Jet d'eau and cathedral. Would have been nice to have some aircon, yt at keast there was a kargecwinfow that fully opens and a fan

Un hôtel très agréable et bien placé ! De bonne prestation , petit frigo , bouilloire et produits d’accueil dans la chambre . Le code est envoyé avant l’arrivée afin de pénétrer dans l’établissement ! Il n’y a pas de réception après 15h , mais tout est fait pour que l’on puisse prendre sa chambre en autonomie . Idéalement placé à côté dès transport en commun a à peine 10mn de marché de la gare et du centre . Prix très raisonnable pour Genève.

We arrived over an hour before the official check-in time and amazingly our room was ready so we were able to access it straight away. We had a lovely view over the river from our balcony, exactly as advertised. The only negative we found was that the room was very hot overnight but the hotel did provide a fan which helped a bit. All of the staff who we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel in a good location. Easy walk to the train station and many food opportunities in the area. Arrived at noon and waited for someone to enter the building so we followed him in. Never received the access code, to initially enter. Once in the room was quaint and clean.

Very conveniently located hotel for a short break in Geneva. Large rooms and comfortable bed with lovely view of the river outside - and the lake in the distance. Close to the lake, city centre and excellent public transport. Quiet and comfortable. No breakfast or room service but facilities nearby. Friendly reception service. I would stay here again. In many ways an ideal location for a short stay with basic amenities.
