This is a fantastic location. You can see the lake when you walk out of the hotel. It’s on the same road as the manor shopping centre. It’s 5 mins walk from the Swiss tours tourist office, less than 10 mins walk from the station and 7 min - 10 min walk from la Pâquis, which is great for food options and has a famous and popular cheese place. There is a Starbucks next door and a subway around the corner. The hotel itself is pleasant. I would say it’s a three star as there was no bar or room service. There is a restaurant, but it’s only for breakfast. To be fair there are so many places to eat and drink nearby, it’s probably a good thing they don’t have a bar and serve food. The staff are nice and helpful and the hotel has a good feel about it and makes you feel safe. The ambassador is literally opposite it, almost next door. I think both hotels are affiliated. I probably would chose this hotel again as it was in a great location

Hotel is in a very nice location, close to the river and lake. It is nicely decorated with a bit funky art. The room was fairly small but okay. It had a small desk, coffee machine and fridge. Breakfast was in the hotel across the street, there was no restaurant on premises.

Hotel itself is nice, in good condition. However, the beds were very heavy uncomfortable, there’s a pillow menu but it wasn’t clear how to change them. The biggest issue however was there’s no bar or restaurant as advertised on the Hotels.com page. It would have been nice to have had the option of a drink at the end of the evening. All in all, a lovely stay in Geneva

Great staff, great location, comfy beds with a selection of pillows. The 'boast' in the welcome pack that the rooms were refurbished in 2013... shows. Looking a little dated. The 'gym' had a few bikes / rowers, would love to see them improve this and i'd be back.

Conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Onsite valet parking is a plus. Like many European hotels the air-conditoner is a blower but the windows open adequately for good summer ventilation.

A little gem right in the centre of town. Renovated 10 years ago the hotel remains fresh and clean. The staff were fantastic, the room was comfortable and clean, the water pressure high but the highlight was the collection of art and sculptures of the proprietor, uniquely eclectic and eccentric in the spirit of the Negresco Nice, perhaps. Will definitely stay again.

This is a very nice hotel. Located just off the quai which runs along the Rhône, it is a short walk to the train and bus stations, which is very convenient if you are going to be taking day trips as I did. The hotel is also an easy walk to Geneva’s beautiful old town district. I was very pleased with the condition of the property. My room was small (which was fine with me), but very clean and meticulously maintained. It was very quiet, and I felt perfectly safe. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice stay for 3 nights in this hotel. Comfortable bed and room kept clean. Hotel is located perfectly in the city within walking distance to most places. Only downside was the housekeeping knocking and opening the door multiple times a day even with the DnD sign on the door.

Our booking confirmation stated that check-in was available from 2:00 PM. We arrived at 2:40 PM, but were told that the room was not yet cleaned and that we had to wait. When I asked why we couldn’t check in as indicated, one of the front desk staff responded impatiently and told us that check-in only starts at 3:00 PM, claiming the website was incorrect. However, even at 3:00 PM, we still weren’t allowed to check in. Another staff member then explained that the rooms weren’t ready because there were many guests that day. This felt very frustrating. I believe the first staff member could have simply told us the truth—that the room wasn’t ready due to a high volume of guests—rather than making up an excuse. A sincere explanation would have been appreciated. The whole check-in experience was quite disappointing, and I hope this can be improved in the future.

The best part about this hotel was the location! The entrance to the hotel is on a really cute square with an old fountain in it. It was really easy to walk to all the sights in Geneva
