Room was clean & check in was prompt & male staff member was very pleasant & welcoming The lift was broken & was advised in advance At reception on check in I asked for my case to be carried up to floor 2 which was done happily for me

Was a bit noisy during my stay from guest rooms around me apart from that and the lift is still out of order. Basic hotel no frills hotel.

Location great ! staff lovely and have a lovely linked indian restaurant ( that’s could do with a clean ) but the room was very run down , lights not working , fittings not working , towels didn’t get changed , carpet on way up very poor , stains in the ceiling , stains in the carpet
