The fridge was a nice touch but not that cold. The AC was also great but not that cold. It would have been nice to have bottled water in the room. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a Hilton that didn’t provide water in the room. Breakfast was great and the staff was nice.

Perfect location for a gig at the hydro!! The hotel room was great with a mini fridge and big comfortable bed. The bar was even open for a drink once the concert was over. The breakfast was lovely, the waffle machine was a real bonus!!!

Strange mixture of new and old for a hotel under one of the Hilton brands. Parts of the rooms has been done up while the bathroom and desk area looked less modern and tired. Very clean I must say. We had booked 2 king-sized rooms but were given a twin room and a king-sized room which is disappointing. The beds were rock solid, while I must say the pillows were lovely. The bottom sheet on the king-sized bed didn’t cover the whole of the mattress which is disappointing. No noise during the night. We did book breakfast as not required. The shower in the king-sized room was reliable and enjoyable however in the twin room the shower kept going hot and cold ruining the experience. Staff weren’t very chatty with limited information about the hotel being given at check-in , no mention of where are rooms are and it was not highlighted that we were getting 2 different types of rooms. Found it strange at check out the person at reception didn’t ask how the stay was ( at both points reception was not busy so they could have ).
