Staff were excellent. However found room very small, no coffee making facilities. Extremely noisy outside, prefer fresh air but had to close window & use the a/c instead. No obvious bar, the lift did mention a lounge on 1st floor, may be one there ? Room was very clean

Really helpfully abd pleasant staff , nice reception area and easy check in . Room was small but nice , lots of places to hang clothes abd shelves to place things on . Toilet/shower room basic but all you need and a good shower . Room has air con and mood lighting and the bed was so comfy. We will definitely book again as hood value for money

Functional clean space if looking for a place to stay overnight. Designed for slim, small and young people but quite tight for fatter bigger less able and older people- like me. Bed was comfy but no comfortable chair in room. Bathroom spotlessly clean but not fully considered. Tight entrance to shower and can only reach on/off when actually in the shower. Cold blast to begin with. Staff were helpful and kind

It's a kind of environment friendly hotel, that no face towels were provided but one bathtowel every third day for each guest person. When I was taking a shower, the water was just lukewarm, I mean, not warm enough for me to take a shower. But every staff was super kind that he/she tried everything he/she could do to help me.
