I had a great stay in the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and nicely done. The hotel itself was a short walk to everything. I would certainly stay here again. The friendliness of the staff goes a long way to make a pleasant stay.

Room was clean and spacious, bed and pillows were really comfortable. The location wasn't too far from Sauchiehall Street and there was Charing Cross station nearby. The neighbourhood was largely quiet. Staff were friendly. However the toilet flush was extremely loud and the light in the room was too dim. Also the location was uphill from Glasgow Central which will be bothersome for those less physically abled. Lastky, the breakfast (with Novotel) was decent enough but can be a little cold - there are cheaper options nearby which is definitely more value for money. I would stay again as a very good budget friendly hotel.
