Staff were quite helpful by email however we couldn’t get through on the phone. Room was generally clean but areas had not been cleaned for a long time. For example the visible areas under the bed had rubbish and hadn’t seen a hoover in a while

Great hotel overall. Loved the location, close to Buchanan bus station, and in between, you can find lots of stores and things to do. The room was clean, had everything that we needed, complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate powder. Very comfortable and quiet to enjoy a good sleep. The only thing I noticed was that the mini fridge wasn't working, and neither were the fans for both the toilet and bathroom. Didn't have the time to go to the amenities, but seem pretty nice and convenient.
