This was a fabulous hotel! Great service, rooms were fantastic, and location was great. Only downside was the hottub wasn’t done yet so we had to walk next door to use the sister hotel. Otherwise great stay!

The hotel is currently under construction, so the access to the 3rd floor was inconvenient. Our room was clean and modern and comfortable. But it was very expensive. Once the renos are complete, it will be a nice place to stay during off-season when the cost is more reasonable.

The good: The room was clean and comfortable. The Bad: There were a lot of things wrong that were not listed in the ad on Hotels.com. 1) There was a lot of construction/renovation going on that greatly reduced the overall experience of being in Jasper. It was an eyesore and the vapors from the paint smelled really bad. 2) We were promised a balcony. A balcony was provided but the view was directly into the construction. 3) Since construction was ongoing, the hotel amenities were located in a different location and required a car to get there. For the price we paid I expected MUCH better. Unfortunately there were no vacancies anywhere in town so changing our accommodations was not an option. With that said, I'm sure once renovations are complete everything will be fine but I am extremely disappointed with the property and/or Hotels.com for not disclosing these things in advance. I could have made other arrangements.
