Extremely overpriced for a multi-story motel with no elevator, no breakfast, bad parking (in a parking lot filled with potholes and standing water everywhere). Room was clean and staff was nice

Second time staying at the hotel. Super comfy beds. Pool is very nice and clean. Not sure that the hot tub works without having a staff turn it on as the button to start the jets did not work for us during both our stays here.

I felt all good except the sauna and hot tub are at other locations and its not accessible from the inner corridor. You've to go outside from the room to get into the sauna and hot tub. When asked for the workout, I was advised to go to next hotel.

I stayed here 2 nights while travelling through jasper. The hotel room was very large and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is a short walk into town and parking was easy. Lots of nearby restaurants. The pool and hot tub was lovely and clean and the sauna was large. The hotel is on 2 levels without a lift to the first floor. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We liked the property, cleanliness could definitely use an overhaul though, the staff should be more diligent about their housekeeping efforts and actually clean under the beds & the bathtub thoroughly. Other than though, the beds were comfy, not much noise other than the train and our check-in was pleasant. Would recommend.

No mid stay room service and notably dirty floors and older carpet in rooms. After three nights, small provided garbage cans were overflowing. The room and bedding was fine, but as per the review, this is an average hotel with newer and much nicer options throughout town.

Our room was very clean, beds are very comfortable, but there are things that they could do that would improve the rooms. Primarily we found the carpets were dirty looking and stained and the doors had an actual key (no key cards). Additionally, it was so hot and even with the thermostat turned all the way down, it kept heating up. Had to sleep with the window open. We had a comfortable stay but all in all, we just thought the room was average.

Our originally booked room unfortunately smelled slightly of smoke and our air conditioner was broken, but the staff at the front desk (Catlin I believe was their name) offered to get it fixed or to commentary upgrade our room. After a quick exchange of keys to our new room our stay was amazing. Both the upgraded (deluxe king bed) and original room were clean and had beautiful views of the mountains surrounding the lodge, the front desk and other staff we interacted with were extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend if staying in Jasper to stay here!

The hair dryer was not working. Called Denny desk who made me wait 1 hour at 530 am to let me know there was no replacement. We travelled in a snowy day with wet hair and got sick. The staff is very polite and does not care, they have a polite way of saying we cannot help you.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Starbucks is only a few meters away! Evil Dave’s is a great spot for dinner. Rooms were clean and comfy! Great location to walk anywhere in town.

I’ve never had the front desk call me in my room after check in, to ask how my room was and if we were getting settled in ok. That was fantastic. This is an older motel that has been kept up so well, very clean rooms. Will definitely be back. Lady at the front desk is an absolute gem.

large, clean room within walking distance of Jasper town centre. Rooms are dated and very dark, but as we weren’t spending a lot of time inside this was ok. Lots of parking on site. Starbucks coffee shop also on site.

Really helpful friendly staff, lovely pool. Although marmot lodge does not have its own restaurant the restaurant at the sister hotel was very good and there are plenty of places to eat in town. Lots of well marked walks nearby and in the area
