Parking onsite is limited, but the hotel covers parking in 24-hour parking lots until 11am and we had no trouble finding a spot. Staff were very good. There was sound transfer on both sides of the room. There is an elevator.

Parking was an issue. I had to park 2 blocks from the hotel. The hotel is across the road from the train station. There are many trains a day going through Jasper. The rooms themselves are not very soundproof. It’s easy to hear guests talking in adjacent rooms. The Whistle Stop Pub is nice. The servers are friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is nice enough. I ordered granola parfait for breakfast. It came in a medium sized glass with maybe 2 tablespoons of granola, some Greek yogurt and a smattering of fruit. All that for $16. I thought it was over priced for the small amount of food.

Great property. It’s in the heart of Jasper, so easy to get to everything. The hot tub on the rooftop was a nice addition. It’s an older property but very clean and well kept.

This property is conveniently located. You simply walk out and near all the shops and restaurants. They also did a wonderful job at cleaning. The only issue we had was with parking. There is no parking on site. Therefore, you either have to move your vehicle every two hours during the day or park and walk to the hotel. With ski equipment and luggage it was not ideal. It comes down weighing which is more important to you, central location, or parking.

Nice facility. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but quite nice inside. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and very clean. Great place to stay while traveling!!

First room offered was dirty. However, when reached out to management they downgraded us to 2 doubles from 2 queens and never acknowledged the downgrade. According to them it is the same room type. Avoid if possible

Room was nice, staff was super friendly. Room was right above the bar. The music was so loud and I could hear everything. Put ear plugs in and had to wear noise cancelling headphones over them to try to get to sleep. Next time I’ll pack up and request a new room

Very central in Jasper. Parking is just a 3 minute walk away. Room was decent. Older place in general. I don't know what it actually was, but lots of banging/thudding noises when I was trying to fall asleep. Expensive, but everywhere in Jasper is.

Hot tubs were nice, as was being right off the downtown core. The hotel was extremely noisey through the night which made it hard for everyone to sleep. The water lines in the walls were loud enough to wake you up when they were flowing, and they made a loud clanging/rattling sound when they were turned off and on. Could also gear the other guests above us moving around in their room through the ceiling.

Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Service was solid too. Unfortunately though, the room was terribly hot in the middle of the night, so much so that it woke us up and kept us awake. Felt like we were sleeping in a sauna. We turned down the thermostat to 18°C but sadly this didnt seem to have any effect on the heat the following night. I figure the room was anywhere from 25°C to 30°C during the night, with little ability to control it. Turning on the air handler to the cool setting helped, but didnt eliminate the problem and it was still too warm. And we couldn't open the windows as it was colder than -15°C outside and this wasn't allowed (understandably).

This is a well located and decent hotel. What lets it down a bit is the pub attached to it plsying loud music late at night. It disrupted my sleep.

Incredibly friendly and helpful front desk staff. The hotel was modern and very clean. The room we stayed in was beautiful. It was a corner room with a fireplace. The location was very convenient to everything, and all amenities were in an easy walking distance. We found the hotel to be quiet, safe and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was seamless and organized. Not a lot of on site parking, however, employee checking us in was super helpful on where to park for free and we got a street side spot right in front of the Inn so no issues there. I could see summer being a bit tougher to find parking. Rooms are very clean and tidy.

We had a fabulous one night stay at the Whistler's Inn. We were greeted by the friendly front desk staff who allowed us to check in early and provided us with a free upgrade to the only room in the hotel with a balcony. She shared helpful information about the hotel and we enjoyed both food and drink at the pub. The hot tub provided a nice view of the mountains and the only negative I can think of was that the glass in front of the hot tub was a bit dirty and so that impacted the view. Overall, the hotel is in a very convenient location within easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and sites of the town. We were very disappointed to have only scheduled one night in Jasper. We are already thinking about a return trip! We'd highly recommend the Whistler’s Inn.

Great hotel, friendly staff, outstanding customer service. I must share – the check in cards were beautifully handwritten, something you do not see very often. Good size room, clean, quiet, parking was full, but we were accommodated on the street. Hotel location is perfect. I would recommend and stay again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Whistlers Inn. It was our first time visiting Jasper and the location was perfect to explore this quaint town. We were close to all the restaurants, souvenir shops and amenities. It was great connecting with locals in the pub and getting chance to learning about the culture. We would return to Whistlers Inn if we went back to Jasper.

This was a great place to stay especially if travelling without a car. The hotel is right across from the station. We arrived at 11 am and asked to leave our luggage until the check in time at 4pm. The staff said they would prioritise preparing our room and we got a call at 1pm saying it was ready. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The reception staff were helpful with tips on the local area and we left very satisfied with our stay via a local coach company which picked us up outside the hotel and took us to Banff. I would happily return to this hotel. Good value.

Central location was good, close to restaurants. Not so good - Very close to train line which was quite noisy overnight. Bright hotel light immediately outside bedroom window which made it difficult to make room dark for sleep.

Staff friendly & helpful only thing dinner took too long to arrive so service was poor maybe because they wanted us to buy a bottle of their very expensive wine but saying that our meal was cooked to exactly how we wish our salmon to taste _ yes plain & simple no sauces covering such a delicate fish so 10 out of 10 to the chef .

Great hotel to stay in Jasper, quick walk to most of the restaurants and visitor center. The hotel also has a great pub, with pool tables and excellent fish & chips, if you care for one. All the hikes and lakes are about 30mins drive.
