Loved the rooms and area! Only issues we had was parking was DREADFUL. There was essentially no parking and I had to walk about a block with my bags and a toddler on my hip in the snow and mush. Wasn’t ideal. Other than that room was perfect.

Pool wonderful, steam and sauna great. Probably a better place to stay in Winter. We were there in hot summer and no air conditioning. However in mountains it cools off at night but had to open windows.

Really nice suite. Staff and helpful. It would be appreciated though if the website is updated to reflect that the pool, hot tub, and sauna is closed. Also it would be helpful to know beforehand that there is no breakfast at the restaurant.

The windows were very dirty. And the table had not been wiped off. Otherwise it was clean. It is not a hotel for seniors as there is no elevator and stairs everywhere. Getting to the pool involves multiple staircases. However, it was worth the trip as the pool was lovely and very clean.

I booked a two night stay at Jasper inn and suites. After checking in, I noticed that the pool/hot tub were closed down. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were also closed down. Before even going to my room, I went to the front desk and asked if I could cancel my reservation. I wanted to move to a different hotel that had a hot tub. The manager at the front desk told me to contact Expedia, and that they would authorize a refund once Expedia contacted the hotel. So I booked a stay at a different hotel. Unfortunately when Expedia contacted them, they refused to refund the money. So at this point I’m out 450$. I don’t recommend staying at this property, it has no amenities. There are better options available at the same price point.

The hotel and rooms are very clean and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful, very lush and green! Even the munching elk that came to visit thought so! Definitely would stay here again.

We missed when booking that they didn’t have AC. They state on the website that fans are provided. There was one old small desk top fan in the room which provided little air. Staff did manage to find another ( albeit also old and broken) fan to provided some extra relief. Upon arrival the room hadn’t actually been fully cleaned. There was garbage in the drawers and sticking out under the heating unit. The complimentary coffee/ sugar carafe was empty of additives except for 3 Splenda. There is no typical property info book, with emergency procedures, hotel info and other area info. I expected more from a $430/ night booking

We loved everything until it was time to use our jetted tub. It blasted out skin fragments and black mold. It was late at night, too late to switch rooms. They however did compemsate by giving us a voucher for the breakfast buffet .

Do your research, there is no A/C. I thought this was common everyday bare essentials but I was greeted with a sign that said fresh mountain air. There was a crappy little noisy fan in the room, very little circulation. The bathroom had a used bar of soap in the tub, the kitchen had a dirty rag and the coffee maker has a moldy pod.

The sofa bed is terrible. Not comfortable and makes noise with slight movement. My daughter ended up sleeping on the floor. Shouldn’t not be advertised as a 4 people room. It’s not even comfortable for a kid.

We had a great stay in the Queen Loft suite at Jasper Inn and Suites. Sure it may seem dated compared to other stays in the area however we really enjoyed the space. Although there was no AC and that may see like a concern, the room came equipped with fans so we had no issues with heat. Overall would recommend the Loft suite.

The one front desk staff member that I came across, not once unfortunately, but TWICE was a displeasure. She had a nasty attitude about her, no smiling, no hi, how are you? Yes we tried checking in early, but there was no compromising on her part, she just said no it is too early, you can call at 3 to see if its available yet. (we tried checking in at 1). If you dont like your job, quit; I have a feeling your co-workers will be happy with your departure. The other girl we had when we did check in was fantastic, a complete doll & i was in there for less than 3 minutes. The room was well above our standards, super clean & super quiet. We showed up for breakfast the next at 8:30am & honestly, it was garbage & service was even worse. All the food was cold/hard. Only my husband ordered coffee, she legit came around 10x offering him more coffee, but we repeatedly had to ask for juice or water refills. We will happily stay at your property again, because honestly, we loved the hotel its self.

Although I had booked a standard room through Expedia for two people, we had another person join us at the last minute. The front desk staff was able to upgrade us to a suite making our trip more economical than getting a second standard room. They were very helpful!

Reception was a bit unfriendly at first, 2nd visit and different staff was OK. Our room was OK, location was horrible, some kind of machinery room across hallway, which made some horrible rumbling buzzing noise all the way into our sleeping area, this went on all night every night and as complex was full we could not get a different room

Check in was not ideal. Smooth check in (1st Attempt), although once getting to the room it was not cleaned and a disaster everywhere. Decided to call front desk from the room, which was no help and asked us to call back in 10 minutes to look for a new room. No call back, so I head to the lobby. Which then had to explain again but it was a surprise to the lobby. Soo that wasn’t relayed. 2nd attempt, another quick smooth transaction. Go to the room, filled with about 7 people just staring at me in shock. While all this is happening, my family is waiting in the original dirty room. The housekeeper comes in and has an unfriendly encounter with my wife and kids, because the room isn’t ready. Lobby again shocked he gave me a room already occupied.. 3rd attempt was a breeze, new room no people and no feces still in the toilet. All in all. Still a decent hotel, had a nice stay and story to laugh about sitting at the fire.

We spend a lot of time around Jasper area. Room was good. Some areas of room and hotel are getting a little dated. But that being said room was very comfortable. And very clean. A big plus for me now a days is a smart tv. But that is just a wish not a necessity. The hotel dining room was great as always. We sat in the lounge and had a fantastic meal And reasonable considering you are in a mountain park. Staff there was fantastic and very helpful with all our questions. Even if we didn’t stay at this hotel we would seek out the restaurant.

This property has been around for many many years. The rooms have been updated which is grand and the beds are comfortable. They have upgraded their flat screens tvs in the living room area. The property itself is tired. And personally the restaurant served us crappy food and they are not gluten aware at all.

Decent place to stay in Jasper. We had a nice size room with space. Everything was outdated. Pool and hot tub were nice! Dining was limited with the restaurant not opening until 5pm. Breakfast was expensive for those who pay to stay at this property.
