I would suggest the installation of an elevator. As a person who uses a walker I find I can't manage stairs. Thankfully there was a room available on the main floor. That's my only concern, otherwise it is a nice place to stay. Thank you.🌹

No elevator. I can’t do stairs and attendant was put out that I needed a main floor room. It was not handicap cerified Also the beds were hard. Warm breakfast was satisfactory

This is more of a motel and pretty worn out. The cost per night was pretty high due to the long weekend. We were given a room on the second floor but realised there was no elevator. The shower wasn't functioning very well but we managed for the 2 nights we stayed. Bonus as breakfast included and there are plenty of restaurants around.

No elevator. Shower super low-flow which is environmentally sound but disappointing after a long car ride. Lol Otherwise our stay was great - staff was nice, the place was clean, the location is great for shopping, dining, getting downtown and getting on the highway. Breakfast was ok but that dining area was not big enough for all the people trying to eat at the same time.

Hotel was easy to access right off the 401. Lots of parking available at no cost. Check-in was smooth. The rooms are newly renovated, nice, very comfortable beds and clean. The breakfast buffet room was very bright and clean and the items available met our needs. The Outlet Mall is right behind the hotel and there are restaurants you can walk to from the hotel. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

Staff went over the top to ensure our stay was perfect. Lots of parking (staff had reserved a spot in front of our door). Breakfast had lots of options to chose from. Again Staff were terrific.

Dirty rooms with sheets with hair on them, the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the bathroom were empty when we arrived, the coffee area is terrible when the hotel has good turnover, the food replenishment takes a long time. I do not recommend it for families, it may be good for business

unfortunately our room was not cleaned properly. there were stained towels in bathroom, hair in the sink, and the toilet had not been cleaned. we were moved to another room down on main floor, however it was smaller and the a/c did not work as well as the room on the second floor.

I enjoyed the lemon water in the lobby that was out the whole time. However my room was filthy. There was white stuff on the walls and bedboard. There was stains and food on the bed skirt. As well as what looked like blood or something red splattered on the wall in the bathroom along with something pink splattered on the bathroom walls as well.

Rooms are updated and bed was confortable, breakfast was very basic and average. Mostly there was a cockroach crawling up the wall in the morning and I put it in a cup and got a refund. GROSS

Area around the hotel is pretty run down and full of garbage everywhere, rooms were nice and updated though cleaning staff could use a bit of extra training (old urine left on the bottom of toilet that wasn’t cleaned).

Friendly greeting. Room was ready and spotless. Breakfast was good - eggs and sausage patties, juice coffee etc. Parking was convenient. Was quiet. (I was a little concerned that an enthusiastic bunch of little guys from a hockey team were there but between their supervision and the solid rooms it was quiet.)

We booked this hotel due to its proximity to Kingston downtown while the others were either super expensive or 30kms away. Even this one wasn't cheap either. We thought this being a chain, will be a better served. Check-in went smoothly, however shortly after we noticed no thermostat in the room. The HVAC unit didn't have one of the knobs. The heat wasn't working at all. Upon calling the service, they confirmed no heat in the room. The service even said no other rooms available where we could shift. We were given an offer for a discount when we check-out due to lack of services. The night was uncomfortable with 2 little children. Upon check-out we were given a business card of the manager and told to contact expedia for refund/discount. I had sent an email to expedia but haven't received a response. The steps to get an email id or a phone number of the customer rep went through a chat bot which was a waste of time. Why can't a customer support email address or a phone number be posted on the website itself. I being a software developer, understands how to irritate a consumer by designing an awkward user interface. I might need to start my booking somewhere else and choose chain hotels with a grain of salt.

The property is currently experiencing renovations so areas are cautioned and construction bins are around. However, the renovated rooms are gorgeous. Up to date, clean with everything you need. Beds and pillows very comfortable with lovely bedding. It was exactly what we needed for an overnight stop on a longer journey.

First great impression was a staff member upon check in, not sure his name but he was great. Second was how clean and updated everything was from the lobby, breakfast area and especially the room, it was perfect. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. They are doing renovations on the outside but there was no noise and had no affect on our stay. Very convenient as well. Highly recommend.

Staff were courteous and helpful with every request we had. (I asked for another room as our first room smelled of cigarettes and also went back later to ask for a bandaid). They were happy to help. The room was clean. There was a good selection at breakfast.

Comfort Inn Hwy401 Kingston is located at a very good location, has multiple dining options nearby. It is clean and decently kept inn property. We ran into issues with night staff when we were sitting in lounge area, the person on duty had some ego issues wherein he said we were not welcome to sit in the reception lounge area. Only unpleasant experience was due to that person on night duty (he denied sharing his name).

My older parents stayed in the hotel for a night . The staff was excellent and very helpful . They took care of the senior citizens in the most kindest way possible . We are very happy with the hospitality of the hotel.

Clearly an unsafe neighbourhood. Someone vandalized my truck by cutting through my tonneau cover in three places between midnight and 7:00am. Not sure what all was stolen yet, but the cover is destroyed.

Quiet and calm property. Convenient location next to Outlet stores and restaurant establishments. Breakfast was included. However, the breakfast room area was too small and crowded for the volume of guests that showed up and had to wait in line for food and to be seated.

The front desk was very helpful. The rooms very very tidy and clean , but lacked follow cleaning services for following 3 nights we stayed. The morning breakfast had many shortfalls. Huge queues lack of planning to accommodate all guest for breakfast . Overcrowded!!!! We had no choice but to visit nearby places for breakfast .. Basically breakfast included with stay was a big joke .

The check in was a little slow as it was only one person on the front desk and she was tied up on it telephone call for almost 15 minutes. Once we got to our room we were very pleased with it as it was newly renovated. The breakfast in the morning was subpar.
