The hotel is nothing fancy and is under construction. It was however quiet, the room was bigger than usual and the staff were friendly. The pool area is very nice, but the fitness center is a tad small. Enough room to do a circuit or hypertrophy training as dubmells only go to 45. Overll happy with stay for the price considering other hotel ate double the price and really dont offer anythint more. About a 10 min drive to kingston hospital and lots of amentites around it that are just not easliy accessible in the downtown near the hospital.

–The pool is in a separate building (pool was nice, but no notice until you get there that it's in another building). –Currently under renovation – maybe it will be in better shape in the future. The fire doors in the hallways did not have doorknobs, so would not have made a good seal. –Balconies have bright lights that stay on all night. –Bathroom in a king room is VERY small. –Faucet on sink under the microwave was spraying the wall & coffee maker.

Only thing that sucked was the pool is in another building so you have to share it between another hotel, also all of the doors in the hotel slammed shut so that’s all you hear all night, and lastly the walls are paper thin so you hear a lot of things at night

this hotel was terrible! The rooms were very dirty, we had our sheets changed twice on the bed and they were still covered in hair and dirt from other people, you couldn’t walk around the carpet without your shoes or socks on or your feet would turn black. the doors on the main floor going outside did not lock properly. The shower was growing mold. the interior door also did not lock properly. The hotel room had a disgusting musty smell to it, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. I could go on and on about this place. We ended up leaving after being checked in for an hour, and it took Expedia almost a week to get ahold of the hotel to process the refund to the point I myself had to call and tell them to communicate with Expedia. I will NEVER return here again.

Had a ground floor room had a walk out to the parking lot. Would’ve preferred a little bit more security on that door than just a basic turn lock. Also, it had a 1970s screen on it that was missing a screw on the top of the handle. Bathroom was an odd layout with the sink almost in a separate area from the toilet and tub, but not very bright. You had to body slam the door to open it because you could see the door frame had been chisel/worked on quite a few times (not a smooth, solid door frame) so the door stuck The entry to the building was right next to our room. It was quiet, however that entry door didn’t work the majority of the time. I had to get maintenance to come and look at it. You had to walk to the end of the building to use your key to get in and people told me I’d be there in 2 1/2 weeks and that key swipe on the middle door didn’t work the most of the time that they were there Otherwise, it was a place to put your head down to sleep at night, but it was tired, looking even with its fresh coat of paint The chair in the room had no support plus it was peeling. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was half hanging off and where the toilet paper holder was, there was a big gouge with paint missing.

Very dated hotel. Carpet was wrapped, looked used and abused. Armchair had been sat on so much that it has no more softness left. In bathroom shelf was uneven and towel rack was coming out of the wall and paint peeling. It is a motel, 1 or 2 stars at best. Would not recommend for the price charged (paid 180$/night)

This hotel was just ok. The pictures on the website of the rooms didn’t match what we got at all. The noise from the hallways was noticeable. The worst part is that there was no power outlets beside the beds and I have a medical device that must be plugged in. Had to go to Canadian tire to get an extension cord. Very strange. Property is outdated.

Front desk were exceptionally rude and not helpful at all. They don’t answer their phones so we had to walk over to the main building every time we had an issue. Shower wasn’t draining. TV wouldn’t load channels properly. And the staff acted like we were bothering them every time we had a question or concern. Never staying here again.

Checking in too way too long. 15 mins is not acceptable when you’ve already reserved and paid online. The beds are the most comfortable I have even slept in. The pool area is very clean and water is the perfect temperature. I do wish they had a hottub. There is room for one.

They keep this place clean but that cannot hide the fact that it is old and tired and run down. It is not centrally located as advertised but rather 4 - 5 miles outside of the downtown area surrounded by gas stations and fast food outlets at the highway. In addition to the posted price they charge an additional $6 for the use of the parking lot. There are much nicer places to stay downtown for not much more money.

The rooms had some upgrades and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor seating areas and also the pool. Staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful and we also received 10% off for breakfast at Denny's.

I didn’t have a great experience at this location. My first room the floors were wet and the fan was broken. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. I had mold in the shower. I had couldn’t sleep because of how heavy the air was. I switched rooms and it was a little bit better. The location was decent but they advertised they had a bar but they didn’t have a liquor license. I will never come back to this location.

The checkin and staff were excellent. The facility is renovated and is decent in general for a Comfort Inn. The room appears clean, but the bathroom ceiling had mould on it and the sheets on the bed were so worn that they had holes in them. The towels were in good condition. They mentioned a “Grab and go” breakfast or get 10 % off the adjoining restaurant for breakfast. We departed around 7 am and saw no “grab and go” where we were told to find it, but my expectations were pretty low as to what it would be, so we just headed out. Being a Comfort Inn, I don’t expect much other than a reasonably adequate room at a fair price, which it delivers on. There is a fee of $6.78 for parking, which I think is rediculous for a hotel that’s not in a downtown area, but was expecting it as it was mentioned in previous reviews.
