We were travelling with a utility trailer and they had a spot for us to park with it. Very nice. A nice surprise walking into our room. Very spacious, lots of room. Had a great stay. Would stay here again for sure.

The daytime receptionist was either on an obviously personal phone call or not present whenever we went by the front desk. The dirty washcloth that was under the bathroom sink in our room when we checked in, was still there three days later when we left. The TV in the workout room was broken. We stay there because of the location and free breakfast. Despite these issues, it's a nice hotel. Some care and attention from management would fix all of the issues we encountered.

The room was nice. We loved the mirror and lights in the bathroom. Room was spacious. Staff were very friendly. Good breakfast. Only thing was the bathtub was creaking. It made loud sounds while standing on it. Walls seemed thin as we could hear the people above us. Overall, the stay was nice and it’s priced very well.

Great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are very large. Some nice features like the gourmet coffee available 24 hours. Even though we had a room facing the road, the traffic noise didnt affect our stay at all. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was good, except the bathtub is making cracking noise when walking inside which is loud enough to disturb others outside. Then earlier in the morning I was awakened by the same noise coming from the bath of the next hotel room. I mentioned this to the front desk when I checked out. She said, they are aware of this problem because this hotel was built during covid and nobody checked out the installation of the bathtub. It is a problem they must fix now. Hopefully they will fix it soon. Other than that, it is a nice hotel. The breakfast was good and the kitchen staffs are hardworking.

Queen beds were horrible along with pillows. Need newer mattress. We did not have a good night sleep for 2 nights. Staff was very nice along with property parking convenience. Did not eat breakfast there was too early 6 to 9. Located on a busy street but very convenient for restaurants and shopping. Nice big walk in shower on 2nd floor. But will not be going there again only because of beds everything else gets high ratings.

We had a great stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Kingston. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The free breakfast each morning was much appreciated and had a good variety to start the day. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming, which really added to the experience. The only small concern we had was during check-in. We arrived a little early, and Carlos made several comments about our early arrival that felt unnecessary. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it was a bit annoying. Overall, it was a very good experience, and we’d definitely stay here again.

The property has been newly renovated, so the visual aesthetic is good. The building itself should have been repaired prior to the renovation because you can hear every footstep, door closure, voice, and tv surrounding your room (at least that was the case with room 204). I use a White noise machine and it still sounded like elephants all around up until 1am, and starting again at 6am. This was not caused by rowdy guests running the halls, but just guests existing in their rooms. Do not stay here if the point is to get rest. I was literally only there from 10pm -10am as my son had a hockey game in the area, and we both were exhausted the next day. We stay in tons of hotels all over Ontario, but nothing has ever been as noisy as this, even with hockey teams running all over the place (note: we were not part of a team stay, just the two of us)

Kaden at the front desk is excellent, extended our stay due to my husband in the hospital. Very kind and helpful. Breakfast staff friendly, as well as cleaning staff. Feels very family oriented.

I never book accessibility rooms but this is what was booked and I asked for a different room. It took the front desk half an hour to contact a manager to change my room. Later in the evening I went back to the front desk to buy water and the evening guy at the front desk sarcastically asked me how I liked my upgrade and proceeded to tell me that my original room was what I paid for. I was uncomfortable for the entirety of my stay right down to the moment I was leaving to his emotionless glare. Needless to say I will not be staying at this hotel again. Some people shouldn’t be customer facing especially in the hospitality industry!

Our room was right next to the emergency door and we could hear people coming in and out every 5 minutes, almost all night. Loud noises coming from above us all night (looks like a party going on???) We had an emergency and we had to leave after 1 night (we booked 3 nights in total) and the hotel told us to talk with Expedia for a refund and Expedia told us that it is the hotel that decides and they declined to refund the nights not used. Poor service, disappointed, not coming back !!

This hotel is easy to get to, within 15 minutes of hospital, very clean, good size rooms, free parking, breakfast included (with several options), next door to Domino’s, not far from Tim Hortons and Costco among others. Staff are quite pleasant. Building looks like it has been renovated/upgraded lately. 3 floors with elevator. Some rooms have sofa / couch with kitchenette. There is a hospital rate however Expedia rates are sometimes better depending on time of year and how far in advance you book.

Breakfast timing was 6-9 on weekdays and 7-10 on weekends. It is a newly built facility, so everything was clean and modern. Our room had heated and illuminated mirrors. The toiletries were replaced during daily cleaning of the room. There were enough towels for showering, and hand washing etc. There is a DOMINO'S PIZZA next door if you are interested. The property is 6-7 kms away from the Kingston waterfront.

One night stay. For the cost and location of the property, everything was good not spectacular. Can’t rave or complain. It was clean and everything we needed was less than a 10mins drive from groceries, to sports bar, to EV charging stations, to train station.

Nice newer place with all of the necessary amenities. The room was ready, very clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and easy to settle in after a day out exploring the city. It was about a 15 minute drive to the downtown area, but no real traffic issues.

I had a great experience overall. One thing that really stood out to me was their effort to accommodate gluten-free guests. I was pleasantly surprised to find individually packaged gluten-free muffins available at breakfast—such a thoughtful and appreciated touch! Tiny cups of coffee is a drawback although I understand you can also get gourmet from machine. Always line ups waiting. Have that machine and a regular coffee machine for those that want a normal size cup of coffee
