Beautiful hotel in a safe residential area, the rooms and the beds were comfortable, my only complaint is the breakfast was very poor in selection, 1 more day and I would of gone somewhere else to eat, for someone who travels 3 and plus days would expect some more variety.

We loved our stay!!!!! The hotel is beautiful and spacious. The staff is amazing!!! Our room was equipped with 2 full size beds and 2 twin beds a large closet, and a small table with 2 chairs. There was also a fridge and a small area where you could make your matcha, which they provided. The bathroom was huge with a giant size tub and a wet room with a shower. Love the toilets in Japan! They really know how to take care of business. The location was a little out of the way but the hotel was well worth the extra taxi rides. The best part was after a hot day of being a tourist was coming back to the hotel and having an ice cold glass of lemon water and a cool towel to wipe away the day’s heat. There is a lovely lounge in the lobby that offers champagne and delicious cakes. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!

Nice and clean property Easy and quick check in process. Clean large room. 4 individual beds however the beds are rock hard. Other than that its a very nice hotel and I really appreciate the shuttle to the train station.

The room and hotel was very clean and the staff was great and helpful. The breakfast and restaurants get a 3/5 and there was not a smart tv which I missed. Still 10/10 hotel since what I missed was only small details.

Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was great and appreciated the availability of both Western and Japanese breakfast. Would have appreciated an early check-in but understand that not always possible.
