Great stay. Location, room and staff were great. Could do with extra coffee in the room. One cup per person is not sufficient and in a 5* hotel, there shouldn’t be a charge for a second cup if required.

Lovely hotel well situated to get around in Kyoto and walking distance to Imperial Palace. Lots of food places around to eat. Nice little pub called the Dublin near hotel. Lovely courteous staff and nice hotel room and amenities. Would definitely recommend

Great location, helpful and seasoned staff (unlike many establishments in Japan that are run by children). It is not a new or modern hotel but everything is well kept and the rooms were comfortable. I would stay here again.
