The employees were so friendly and helpful, and the car park was a bargain with us needing to leave for an hour in the morning! The only disappointment was the lifts, one was out of order and the other couldn’t cope with the demand leading to long waits - did not spoil the stay at all, and I realise these things happen but it caused some delay for us in the morning being in a high room

One night business trip - hotel well situated - parking immediately next door at Q Park - staff very friendly - room clean and comfortable. Was a party at the hotel which were out on a the restaurant balcony so only went quiet about mid night.

Conveniently located near the Lime Street station and close to shops and restaurants. The hotel is comfortable and the service was very good. Breakfast was also very good. Price for parking was on the steep side, in particular since the advertised rate applies only for parking on the building next door; if you wish to park in the hotel (in front of the building), there is an additional markup.

Property location was fantastic. within walking distance of tons of things. The hotel itself, was okay. Our toilet had flushing issues. Took about 3 flushes just to get toilet paper down. Some stains on the bed, walls. There also was no fridge in the room which would of been nice for our drinks The cabinet that holds the tea and coffee also would not keep closed. It would open randomly- we wedged the delta notepad between the two drawers to make sure it stayed closed.

Room was nice but needed a deep clean. Lights in the bedroom wouldn't work via the switch on the wall - you could only turn them off by taking out the key card so then all the lights went off. Sofa bed was made up for our arrival but only had a thin duvet but this was rectified on request.

Upon arrival the staff were friendly and checked us in with no issues. The Hotel was very clean & our room was very clean also, which was a welcome sight!! Although the room wasn't huge (queen room), it was big enough for what we wanted and had adequate storage. The bathroom was spotless! We had Breakfast included which was nice but the only thing for me personally was that the fruit & yoghurt selection didnt have the greatest choice....... The only Fresh Chopped fruit was Melon & Pineapple, though there were individual pieces of fruit available.They only had Natural Yoghurt and no other choice. It was all nice and fresh but personally I would have liked more choice as that's my main b.fast. They had a good choice of the usual cereals, breads & cooked. The hotel was a great location in the city as we were sightseeing, so we left our car in the carpark all weekend and walked about the city! There were plenty of eating places locally to get an evening meal. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this hotel for cleanliness, convenience & good service!

This is the second time visiting this hotel which is conveniently located just a short walk from the Liverpool Empire Theatre. The staff here are always really helpful and friendly and the rooms as comfortable and clean.

We feel as though we lucked out picking this hotel. Steps from the train station without feeling it, across the street from a park, easy walking to all the tourist spots, the staff was friendly and helpful, room super clean! What more can you want? Oh yes, an excellent restaurant!

Lovely staff member in the dining room at breakfast (Sat 2nd Aug) sorry I didn’t get her name. Disappointed that the sink in the bathroom was badly repaired and made gurgling noise when the sink was used. The hallways had a musty wet smell.

I was initially sent to a room with broken air conditioning. Then a technical person came to fix it but when we returned it was still broken. We were moved to another room where the air conditioning was working but didn't really cool the room. The first receptionist seem she tried to see if we would not complain about the first room although she was the one who moved us later in the day. The shower pressure was also weak. Other than that no issues, location is perfect for Liverpool and the manager acknoledge our concerns and tried to make the end as nice as possible.

Our room was right outside the bus station so we were woken up early by the announcements. Also the internet on the TV wasn't strong enough to use any of the apps. Other than that, the location is convenient.

Absolutely fantastic hotel we had an amazing time in august here and we booked it again and we requested the same room as we loved the view of where we got married at at George’s hall. The staff where amazing we had the best stay ever, the staff even done a game for the kids and they got a free present at the end our daughter was made up

Wouldn’t go back to this hotel . After a stressful journey you just want to get into your room fast .Check in was very slow , something about the system not working but staff did not show much urgency about fixing the problem and were not very apologetic. Buffet breakfast was disappointing , not a very fulsome choice of food , e.g no fried eggs, surely a breakfast staple ? Choice for continental breakfast was particularly poor. In addition , we came back to the room at 5 pm one day having been out all day to find the chambermaid had just started cleaning our room . We had to trudge back downstairs and wait in the lobby for another 15 minutes . The room itself was a bit shabby and in need of upgrading . No drawers or shelves - where are you expected to store jumpers , socks, underwear , phone chargers jewellery etc ? The location is also not good for sights , restaurants etc apart from being near the station Not a great experience.

Was emailed many times that Check In was at 3pm. I arrived at 3.30pm and was told to sit in the bar for 15mins because the room wasnt ready. Half an hour later i was told the room was ready but room was just half cleaned.

Hotel in excellent location. Rained very heavily, so TV was excellent with Sky Sports Channel. Reception staff very helpful, although did forget to credit my deposit (had to call several days later). Room nice and tidy

No fridge in the room which was absurd for a room at a hotel like this. The cupboard for the fridge was there but there was nothing in it. No daily service and staff member at check in was quite unhelpful.

First time in Liverpool: Delta hotel was perfectly situated an easy walk from train station and more or less walkable to all local Liverpool attractions. I’d definitely return.

The hotel is a little dated, but ok, not bad, not great. We had a family room with a queen size bed and a sofa bed, but it was fine. It’s also nice to have a window to open for fresh air, sadly so often not available these days. The problem with that is that Liverpool is a noisy city with loads of shouting late at night and street cleaning and deliveries early in the morning. Not great, but not the worst.

Great hotel, everyone was so helpful & friendly. The whole property was spotlessly clean. It was situated right in the center of town, convenient for shops, restaurants & public transport etc. I felt the breakfast was quite average & a bit expensive. Also during the night the rooms were very hot, the window did open a bit, which helped sightly. All in all we had a great stay.

Everything was clean .It was a Saturday night and the area was quiet. We walked home from an excellent concert at the Philarmonic Hall and were not bothered by anyone. The hotel was quiet and the breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our short stay and will stay again
