Titanic Hotel Liverpool

The hotel was really amazing, had the wow factor and was very clean. The staff were all lovely and helpful. However, the £20 charge per 2 hours in the spa was disappointing. The idea of coming to a spa hotel, to me, means you have full access to facilities included. Same with the car parking charge.

Hotel was great for food and service and had big rooms but the service at the spa was awful. On check in we was told spa gets busy so need to book in advance so we did that. When 5 of us went to the spa at our time slot they said we only booked for 2 and can only let 2 ppl in despite confirming earlier! was the only let down of the stay.

We had a fantastic stay, it’s perfect for couples - the spa is an absolute must-visit! For just £20 per person, you get two hours of access to a brilliant pool, sauna, steam room, and a tranquil relaxation room. The rooms were spotless, and the complimentary biscuits and coffee on arrival were a lovely touch. Just a £10 Uber into the centre or a brisk 30 minute walk. 15-20 mins to the Albert Docks, it’s straight along the front. All the staff were friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel we've stayed at in Liverpool.

Nice hotel & easy to get to. Staff plentiful & happy. Room was spacious & very clean & comfortable. Good selection of drinks, but expensive. Poor selection of bar food. Parking should be free for guests.

Great stay. Only thing to point out is that parking is not free it is £10 for 24 hours and you will need to pay each tome you leave the premises. 1st hour is free. Also expect a tourist charge of £2.40per day on top of your bill. Really nice breakfast included so many choices of breakfast foods. Also there was snacks left in the room with no clear information on whether they were free. No price list so we didnt touch anything.

Staff and room were lovely, location not very central, so £10-15 taxis back and too into centre, also bit disappointed that you had to pay for parking on top of the room (£10 for 24 hours) and also disappointed at the fact access to the spa was extra (£20 each) and there was not many facilities, no hot tub? Sauna / steam rooms were very small, Pool cold and water fountain feature not working. Although lovely, I don’t believe true value for money.

Stayed at the Titanic a couple of times now as it’s a very atmospheric hotel. Great size rooms and very comfy bed. The service in the bar/ restaurant can be slow, so if you’re not in a hurry it’s fine.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast great, super choices. Rooms enormous! Not enough parking and disappointing to pay full price for overnight parking as a resident.

We booked this hotel as it looked beautiful, and it was, but we were disappointed to learn it was an extra £25 pp for an hours use of the pool and sauna. The website did not make that clear. We wouldn’t have stayed here if we’d known that. Also we upgraded our room as this was our honeymoon and we had 2 mattresses pushed together, again very disappointed! The room is huge and a beautiful building. We felt safe and about a 15/20 walk to the Albert docks. We did eat at the hotel as £18 pp for breakfast seems crazy to us!!

Not happy with the hotel. There was a dirty blanket left in the wardrobe the toilet seat slides to the side when you sit on it. Plus having to sit on the floor to make a drink was completely unacceptable

Superb hotel. Just a shame there is no mini bar or dressing gowns. Carpet ripped in our room, questionable staines on the futon menus stained in Stanley’s restaurant. Queue for coffee machine. Just missing some refinement. Shame

The room was spotless and exactly as described. Bed was so comfortable, great night sleep.

We enjoyed our stay. However as we stayed in a superior room we were a little shocked to find long black hairs in one of the sinks. The room was beautiful and the staff friendly. When paying a premium for a room I think parking should be included especially as it is a 30 minute walk to the city centre. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel. The hotel is next to Everton football clubs new stadium so an excellent choice for match goers. Just a shame we had to clean the sink

I absolutely love this hotel, it is immaculately clean, the rooms are amazing and communal areas are great to have a relax and a drink or to. Staff pleasant and courteous and it’s not overpriced.

I absolutely loved the décor and overall atmosphere of the Titanic Hotel. The room was impressively spacious, climate-controlled, and featured an exceptionally comfortable bed, which made for a very relaxing stay. That said, there were a few areas that could use attention. While not dealbreakers, they are worth addressing. The room’s cleanliness could have been improved, as I noticed dust and cobwebs in the corners. The shower and tub showed noticeable signs of wear, and there was an issue with the door not closing securely. In fact, upon returning to my room later in the day, I found it ajar and unlocked — a concerning security matter. Overall, I had a good experience, but I feel the hotel would benefit from a refresh and some maintenance improvements.

The hotel was excellent and all the staff without exception were absolutely great. The only minor issue with the room was that it was quite dark even in the daytime and we had fantastic weather in Liverpool all throughout our stay. Overall it was really good and we would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was really nice! Comfortable, staff went extra mile when they could and you could stay in the room all day if you wish! Just small things stops 5* like the wifi is terrible, wouldn’t be the worst thing but there is no signal around the area either so we couldnt work and the area around is pretty noisy at night! Just little things and just our opinion but all in all would definitely go again!

Very nice hotel, however we were in a room with adjoining doors. These are not soundproof and you’ll hear through them which can affect your sleep.

From check in to check out our stay was fantastic! Parking on site. £10 a day. Our room was amazing! It was huge! And the bathroom was perfect, with a rain shower and also a stand alone bath. ESPA toiletries were a real treat! The bed was very comfortable and having a seating area in the room was very nice rather than sitting on the bed to watch the telly. Breakfast was plentiful with gluten free options. We didn’t eat in the hotel (apart from breakfast) so can’t comment on the restaurant. But I’m sure it was fab! We’d definitely stay again but next time we’d book the thermal spa in plenty of time as it was booked up so we didn’t experience it.

3rd visit so you can tell we love this hotel! Superb building, great rooms - spacious, contemporary, classy! 15 minute walk to Liverpool city centre so great location and the bar/dining area is equally lovely. Spa is great too. 5* from me. Will definately be back.

Positives-The Titanic is in a beautiful old brick building, situated right next to the water, so it's in a very scenic location. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, the restaurant and bar downstairs were great, especially the few meals I had which were excellent. They have a beautiful spa on the lower level of the building. The Negative-On my day of check-in, I mentioned to the staff that my room's Air Conditioning was not working. They then sent an engineer to have a look at it, who then told me it was fixed. It was not and as such, I got no sleep in a stiflingly hot room with no window to open. Next morning I mentioned this again and a manager said that he would get an engineer to fix it and when I returned later that evening, to my surprise, I found only a small desk fan that had been left in my room. Once again, the Air Con was not working and I got no sleep. I complained on my final day, speaking to another manager who said that they would fix it or find me an alternate room. I came back to my room later on in the day and found that once again, the Air Con was not working with no room change. As I checked out on the final day, the receptionist said that there had been a miscommunication and that management should have changed my room but didn't. I was flabbergasted that no one had called my room or knocked on the door to inform me. To have three nights in this hotel with no sleep, no apology from management and to have to pay full price is unacceptable.

Fantastic room on 3rd floor with dock view, spacious, comfortable, modern and beautiful features of the original building. Comfortable bar area for coffee or drinks. Excellent breakfast. Safe and reasonably priced parking. Will definitely return

Amazing hotel, fantastic staff, particularly Hayden on front of house. He couldn't do enough to look after us, make our stay feel extra special. This was our second stay here, we will certainly be back.

Honestly outstanding. I booked 2 nights for my parents for my Mums 70th. My Dad has been really poorly the past 12 months and I was nervous about this trip for them. I contacted the hotel in advance and they honestly couldn't have been more accommodating for them, really making their stay special. I can't praise the staff enough - I have so much gratitude, thank you.

Had a problem with the shower and the air con - alerted reception about this twice but no one came to fix this.

What an awful hotel. When I arrived as is usual in hotels, I was asked to give them a credit card, which I did via Apple Pay. A few hours later I went to the bar and ordered some drinks, I said we were staying in the hotel so please charge to the room. The barman said they had not had a pre approval on my card so would need to pay for my drinks which I did again via Apple pay. I then went back to reception to find out why I was unable to charge drinks to my room, the lady said she would set this up straight away. She then said she had to speak with a colleague as it wasn’t working. Her colleague told me they don’t accept Apple Pay but would need a physical card, this is despite them taking my Apple Pay when I arrived and the bar taking payment the same way. I queried this but they offered no explanation or showed any interest in sorting. The waitress who served us dinner was appalling, she was very aggressive and argumentative and made the meal a horrible experience. She said if we didn’t finish our starters more quickly then our main course of chicken would be dry ! I questioned why would this be the case and if so could they cook a fresh chicken if it was dry, the answer was no…… First time in Liverpool asn the last based on this experience.

Check was smooth. After that the customer service was bad I tried to ring for room service no one answered so went down to restaurant was told I would have to wait for 1 hour but restaurant was empty went to bar for food. Was given a menu and asked a question answer was blunt and rude Would I stay here again ? Yes for the room only I ended up eating out rather than have bad serve

Fantastic from start to finish. Each and every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. From front desk, waiters and waitresses to the housekeeping staff. Food was great, had one of the best meals I've ever had in the restaurant. Our room was spacious, welcoming and extremely comfortable.

Incredible historic building and huge well appointed room. Service at reception could do with improvement - no offer to help with bags on arrival from car or up to room, and none of the three attempts to phone reception for help with the TV were answered. Possibly not enough staff. When I finally got hold of someone in person, they were super helpful.

After an awful 9 hour journey stepping into this hotel made it all worth while.From the reception Barnaby was most helpful I'm not easy to impress but the room was faultless.Have already booked for a break before Christmas.

Stand at the titanic for the first time. The location was brilliant for the game. Everything was amazing. The rooms, staff, food was unbelievable Definitely will be back

This Hotel offers a unique experience being and old warehouse. The rooms are large or huge. The bathrooms are large and high spec. I would recommend this hotel for its high quality and uniqueness. Only slight downside is its slightly out of the city centre and the surrounding area is industrial

Excellent quality hotel in a magnificent period building. Rooms are spacious, clean and the facilities are top notch. Location is slightly away from the main city centre (15-20 min walk) but in an area of redevelopment.

Great rooms, spacious and well equipped. Spa was relaxing and has everything needed for some chill time. Great breakfast, well stocked bar. Just be careful if staying when there is a football match at the nearby Hill Dickinson stadium. The roads are closed all around making access to the hotel difficult and frustrating so try and check in avoiding games.

We loved the decor and our room. All staff were friendly. Good choice of food and excellent breakfast. We used Ubers to get into and out of central Liverpool as the hotel is quite a long way out but it is an excellent hotel and we would highly recommend.

Had a night away. Choice the hotel for its popularity. The hotel itself is excellent parking is extra on site and cost has just gone upto £10 a day. There is some minor wear and tear to the room we had but the size and quality of the room is excellent. We used Ubers to get into and back to the city for convenience.

Room was very spacious. The parking lot felt secure and safe. Nice walk along the dock. Within walking distance to downtown and various museums.

Overall my stay at the hotel titanic was nice and Pleasant. Good facilities in the hotel. I did eat at the Stanley bar and grill and felt that the service could have been better. There were delays in taking my food orders and clearing our plates from the table as we were ready to order our dessert. It’s a shame as the food taste very nice but let down by the service.

Really lovely hotel, incredible room with nice big bath. Excellent breakfast (one delivered to our room). Restaurant a little soulless and the menu limited, but the bar was jolly with a great outdoor area.

Great hotel for a break, rooms are amazing albeit a little dark so if you have SAD then maybe not for you. Great welcome when we arrived. Only negative, and this is not for all, the menu could be a little simpler, perhaps the addition of Gammon. Could not fault the breakfasts

The Titanic is a beautiful hotel, and gives the impression of providing an opulent and luxury experience, the price certainly reflects this. However during our stay we felt let down by a few little things. The breakfast was disappointing, we hadn’t decided we wanted to eat there until our first morning and it cost nearly £20 per head, more than I thought from previously checking the website, and the cost wasn’t explained my card just swiped. It was a fairly good selection but the quality wasn’t what I’d expect of this hotel, little things like better quality bread, juice and coffee would make all the difference. The experience of breakfast stopped us having any other meals there. We had a cocktail before going out one night but the table we were sat at hadn’t been cleaned (it wasn’t busy), maybe I’m being pedantic but if you’re paying for luxury I’d say everything should be top notch! Our room was lovely although the lack of selection of different teas was disappointing as most hotels provide fruit and herbal options. There was an online ordering service for extras such as toilet roll, etc but when I requested sanitary products no one brought anything. Be mindful of extra costs, parking is a decent price at £10 for 24 hours but access to the spa facilities is £20 per person for 2 hours and must be booked. We enjoyed our stay, but felt we were paying more for the environment and beautiful as it is we wanted to feel the full impact benefits of a great customer experience.
