The room was absolutely stunning and huge! The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were amazing and the spa was something else 😍 it is well worth the £20 fee if you can book it.

Greeted on arrival. Our room was upgraded on check in which was a nice surprise. The room was massive, clean with plenty of amenities for our one night stay. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very big with a bathtub and a walk-in shower. We had dinner in Stanley's bar and grill. Excellent customer service and the food was amazing. In the morning, again greeted for breakfast. Plenty to choose from with the continental buffet. We opted for a cooked breakfast to fill us up for our return journey home. I would recommend others to stay at this hotel. 10/10 EXCELLENT SERVICE

Visited for our anniversary. We were upgraded to the superior room which was lovely. They even made us a plate saying ' happy anniversary'. The hotel room was amazing it was really nice and big . The toilets and bathroom facilities were amazing. Really enjoyed the shower and bath. A few things to consider is the parking costs very high as already paid a lot for the hotel and also the charge for the pool would have been nice if it was included in the price but overall a great stay.

A lovely hotel, well placed for me to attend my sons graduation in Liverpool. Lovely spacious rooms, and cracking view of the dock.
