Lovely hotel with lovely breakfast, only downside was, bar is busy, but it’s the same person running the bar as well as reception, which means a long wait to get help at the desk/get a room key. Did get an apology , obviously not the gentleman’s fault, but feel more staff required so both areas are staffed.

Hotel okay but £25 for parking is a joke. No funny

Great place to stay, plenty of parking spaces and it would be 5*, but very disappointing that there were no on site EV Chargers.

Room clean & purposeful. Well located Reception welcoming & informative. Bar area comfortable, few things unavailable but no big issue. Breakfast adequate & tables cleared quickly Parking easy & competitive in area. Overall good option for overnight stay

The hotel is clean tidy and comfortable. Also very quiet. The parking is expensive at £25 for 24 hours, so even if you stay for a few hours you still pay the minimum charge.

Reception very helpful. Parking controlled by an organisation other than the hotel and only contactable by WhatsApp txt, caused a few issues.

Overall very good , my only thing is the lifts are a bit of a chore . When busy it can take ages to get from floor to floor .

The bar closed rather early (23:00). Otherwise everything was very good

Air conditioning not fully functioning. Lifts too small and one was out of action! Quicker to take the stairs which was not good!

The only problem I experienced and others was the key card for the lift many guests used to use the stairs if they were able

Due to being in and out stay with sightseeing experiences booked was unable to advise and provide photos of issues until sunday which was noted on the account with images by hotel staff. Leaking water tap which had to keep cleaning around sink left a small towel there. Extreme dust on side tables and phone. Dirty veil behind curtains which were marked. Dirty shower tray.

The staff were friendly, but the room was incredibly dirty. There was chewing gum on the TOP of the bedside table - that's right! Which was totally gross. And there was random sweetcorn all over the carpet (which was not at all clean anyway). The bathroom was cleaner but needed a really good scrub because it was covered in thick grime under the sink and all over the floor. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact I paid for such a terrible room.

Breakfast was good, enough options for everyone. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Cleanliness was average, the hair dryer wasnt clean and the chair in our room was covered in dark stains and should really be replaced or removed. Carpet was also quite heavily stained. Only 1 lift in use at the time of our visit. Definitely needs to be updated, a lot of fittings were scuffed or damaged.

The toilet shower floor was dirty. The room heater was not working. It was very cold room. It was a very poor overall. never again staying in holiday in.

Staff was courteous, comp breakfast was good, were able to accomodate by allowing earlier check in. Room could've been cleaner however, needed more thorough vacuuming, and dust particles from A/C unit littering furniture beneath it.

Room was good and generally OK although there was some coffee/gunk spilt on the wall below the TV which had not been cleaned off and the bit of stone-covered roof area immediately outside the window had lots of litter, including broken glass and empty food containers, that was not pleasant to look at. The condition of the room was ok but some fixtures in the bathroom were in need a repair. Seems like it was a highly used part of the hotel that we were staying in. So good enough for 4/5 but not 5/5. Were staying on the second floor and would ask for a higher floor next time.

Very good clean staff helpful

No air conditioning ! . The room was so hot , especially with the warm weather . As the windows are fixed closed , there is no means of fresh air .The hotel supplied a small fan , which was totally unacceptable , was impossible to sleep at night , only managed three hours sleep ! . I paid £185 for this !! .

The room was very cold, very noisy and we didn’t get a good nights sleep. The window didn’t block traffic noise. The door to the room didn’t block noise from other people using the hotel. The room wasn’t big enough for a family room. It felt very small and the sofa bed was far too small for my 10 and 7 year olds to share. We asked for a sheet and duvet so that we could make up a separate bed on the floor for my 7 year old but the staff never brought it to the room. So my children didn’t sleep. Awful service especially as it was so that my children could get to sleep. Breakfast was average but they had run out of muffins and croissants. The juices tasted watered down and weird. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It needs to make changes and improvements.

Location is great for vising the O2 arena ,however the hotel rooms require an update and repair. Air conditioning unit is noisy and you can't have it on for too long other the noise will keep you up. Was woken up this morning by cleaners moving a out as I was located right by their cleaning room, this was at around 6am and then again at 7am ,so not impressed.

Having read a review by an American gentleman I believe we were given the same room. The air conditioning didn't work so the windows were left open an a fan was left on the table. The room overlooks the A2 which is one of the busiest roads. So no window open. Complained and was given a different room. This appeared ok at first however you couldn't turn the AC down from max speed and again room faced main road so opening the window was out. The AC was very noisy during the night, however it was too hot to turn it off. We went to a concert at the O2 and returned just after 11 and found that the bar was closed. How many hotels close their bar this early? Breakfast was chaotic at best. The food was passable at best. I felt sorry for the staff who were doing an admirable job under the circumstances. The hotel is in dire need of refurbishment. Would not stay here again.

Everything was great accept the sofa beds need a change. It was like sleeping on a brick. Make the high up try sleeping on the one in room 411 and they will buy new ones immediately

Overnight stay as we went to a concert at 02 arena , room was clean , and smart. However a bad night sleep as the matress is awful , very hard and wasnt atall comfortable the sofabed aswell was awful as you could feel the springs on your back . The deuvet itself was thin and not much comfort all round. The breakfast was nice , a good range of food for the morning so it made up for a bad night sleep . However location wise for 02 arena perfect ,i would return just based on that fact. But please maybe think about changing your matresses , its rock hard

Aircon not working

Great location for the o2, which was our reason for choosing it. About a 15 minute walk. Window didn’t close properly or seal and the main road outside is noisy. Fire alarm went at 5:30am both nights apparently due to kitchen fault, no real apology made, and disrupted our stay and sleep. Staff didn’t answer phone at reception so had to go to reception. Lifts ok but quite slow. Breakfast was good and seemingly plenty of staff refilling the buffet.

The staff here have been the best staff I've ever met in a hotel chain. The area is very quiet with just a 10 minute walk to the 02. If youre going to an event i would recommend staying here!

Easy check in, very pleasant staff, clean and comfortable room, bed very comfortable.

The staff were extremely helpful. We were exhausted from traveling and they worked hard to let us check in a little early. Very helpful answering any questions we had.

Stayed 2 nights as going to O2 for an event. Service was excellent.

Check in staff were great

Booking in was quick and easy- our room was ready earlier than we were told- which helped. Hotel was conveniently located for us- and had all the facilities in the area we required. Staff were helpful and friendly.

On arrival c 18:00 room was not ready for us. Had to wait in the lobby c 20 minutes. Given that check in opens at 15:00 this seems unacceptable. Shame as the rest of our stay was fine.

Reception staff were rude and very unhelpful. Overcharged me by nearly £300 and refused to accept anything was wrong. One very lovely lady sorted it out the next day saying it was very clear I had prepaid my stay and no charge should have been made. Her rude the day before colleague was adamant this was my problem and not the hotels and he actually called me a liar. His lovely colleague apologised on his behalf but it was a lot of stress to have that amount taken out of my bank account. Check in was chaos with rooms not ready at 3pm. Again reception staff rude with one notable exception. The room was fine if a little old fashion but clean enough and reasonably well equipped. Chose this hotel due to location to O2 as not much choice of reasonably priced hotel around North Greenwich but will not stay there again.

We stopped for one night as a pit stop to Le Shuttle and to explore London, arrived early sorted an early check in for us and made sure we had air conditioned rooms. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Next morning we had breakfast before we left, which had a good range of food and drinks.

Booked for one night for show at the O2, so convenient, could see the O2 from the window. Walkable if no mobility issues, about 15 minutes. But there is a bus across the other side of the roundabout that goes to the O2. The hotel was clean, quiet, very friendly staff, breakfast was delicious, could not fault.

Great location if you are going to the O2. It is just down the road, easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect for a visit to O2 and price was good. 10/15 mins walk. Room decent size and comfy bed. Breakfast all you would want and included in price. Staff very helpful and polite.

There was no cold water for a few hours in the afternoon into the early evening. This made the shower unbearable and dangerous. The air conditioning did not work. Front desk were aware and said it had been like that for some months but this was not made clear on the advert. It meant we had to have the window open and were kept awake by the constant traffic noise due to the location. Breakfast was a mess. We had to sit on a table with dirty plates, cups, etc. Had to wipe it ourselves. Then there was limited availability or no availability of breakfast items with coffee running out and no pastries left. This was at 9am with an hour left of breakfast. Overall a disappointing stay considering how good this hotel has been on previous stays. Needs urgent update to it's condition.

Check-in was easy and receptionist was friendly and informative. Overall room was clean and fresh. Beds comfy and I slept well. Chose the hotel for location to the O2 Arena. Just a short 10min walk from hotel to O2 which was perfect. Car parking at hotel was expensive but plenty of spaces available. Breakfast was disappointing, service to be seated was slow and limited options available. Food was good, just not all hot food was available. No juice left and no clean cups for coffee/tea. This may be that they were running food down towards the end of service. If going for breakfast, would suggest going earlier maybe? Overall stay was satisfactory, would stay again 😊

Location for the o2 was good and parking wasnt bad, yes £20 a night is a lot but compared to other parking options in the area its cheap. Hotel however was let down by the very poor breakfast offering, you would be better off walking round to Ikea for a breakfast.

We stayed Christmas Eve to Boxing Day, then taxied to our daughters each day from the hotel. Good size room, busy check in and very busy breakfast dining room but the staff did all join in clearing tables, re- plenishing hot food items etc. BUT nothing can excuse the appalling coffee coming out of both machines at breakfast!!!!!!!

The room was fine however the breakfast was not good. Coffee latte machine run out if coffee, hot dishs with breakfast foids had run out and not replenished very quickly. Nor was the bread for toast. Woukdnt be recommending ut and had I paid for it and it not be included in our stay I would have complained.

Chaos at breakfast. Frequently running out of bacon, bread for toast and fruit juice and crockery as an example. Just couldn’t cope on a busy weekend.

Clean room, could do with better lighting over a mirror, for women applying make-up. Bathroom lighting no better either. Breakfast was a shambles. There was a barrier stopping you entering the food part, so we all waited patiently. About 10 mins later a member of staff came and moved it for us to go in. Firsty as you walked in, there was no cutlery or plates. But then spotted the plates the other end, so everybody walked down to get them and then started queuing for the hot food. But this was all empty except for scrambled eggs and beans, no bacon, no sausages. A member of staff came out and started shouting saying people were queuing the wrong way. When people started complaining the foods that were empty, she was then shouting if everyone can just come back in a bit, they will bring more out. But surely the person that opened the barrier, should have checked first how much food, cutlery and plates there was before she let everyone in? Still no cutlery. Then someone said there was some on the bar, so had to go to the bar to get the cutlery. I had a croissant, but no butter or jam, until i noticed the butter was out on the toast table and the jams were on a table in the corner. Then I went to get a cup of tea, but no milk by the drinks section, so had to go and get some from next to the cereal. So there was alot of back and for. I think more thought needs to go into where your items are placed. I have stayed in many holiday inn express hotels, but this had to be the worst.

The breakfast buffet needs an overview. Both coffee machines were not working properly due to no milk. Took ages to rectify. Choice of hot breakfast very limited and not very tasty.

Good value for money hotel within 10 minute walk of O2. Good selection of drinks at the bar at reasonable price. Get to breakfast early!

Hotel was a basic chain. We were only there 1 night. Were seeing Peter Kaye at the O2. My only real gripe was breakfast. The buffet items were very limited abd of poor quality. The sausages were terrible, bacon very salty, hash browns were inedible.
