The suites and residences section of the properties was good. The actual hotel is adjacent, I didn’t stay there. Staff were incredibly helpful right across the board. On a nice day the outside courtyard area is great. Breakfast was disappointing. This place is good, but it’s certainly not the Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Having had the privilege of staying in many 5*/ 5* across the world I have to say Taj51 stood out by a mile. We could not fault any part of the experience. The suite was superb, breakfast was wonderful, the restaurants excellent and we loved Jiva Spa. The staff made the whole stay exceptional. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful and really made it feel like a home away from home. Can't wait to return :)

We had a wonderful stay at the Taj 51. Everything was quiet perfect. The hotel employees were friendly all the time. Spa and pool area was not crowded at all and you were able to relax after a long day in London. Our room was really spacious and had everything we needed. The choice of breakfast at „Kona“, which consisted of a menu and buffet, was exzellent. We are really looking forward towards coming back soon. Christian Jakob

The room upgrade allowed us to stay in a deluxe one bedroom suite that was bigger than our house! There was an army of staff coming in to clean, replenish the supply of fresh fruit, and offer turn down service. At the end of all the services each day, a supervisor would come and ask us how everything was and if we needed anything. The daily complimentary happy hour was also very nice. My wife became sick one day and our concierge was a champion, helping us get her the care she needed from a local doctor. We stayed for five memorable nights and look forward to staying at the Taj 51 next year when we return to London.

We had excellent service during our stay from all staff but especially Lana at the front desk and Jermin the manager. The service was similar to what you would find at a Taj in India. The room was very well appointed and everything was in order. My only complaint is that the building is a bit older so the immediate entrance to our area smelled a little funny but this in no way carried over to our room or any other areas including check in and the main lobby. The location of the hotel is excellent.

We had reserved a suite in the apartment section of the hotel, and to our delight were upgraded to a very large apartment, complete with washer/dryer. The service was excellent, the decor stunning and sophisticated. The majority of guests are East Indian, which gave another layer to our stay. The location was perfect for us to walk and enjoy Old London.

We booked a three bedroom apartment in the minsters building at TAJ 51. It was my wife’s birthday and they gave us a free upgrade which was amazing. The room was like a five star apartment with its own dining room, kitchen living room bathroom 3 ensuite bedrooms it in a fantastic location. Just five minutes walk from Buckingham Palace felt really safe convenience store just two minute walk. A breakfast pastry shop nearby. Although the breakfast downstairs in the restaurant was incredible and included in the room. All in all we had an amazing time. the staff were top-notch and nothing was too much trouble .

the service when checkout was horrible they treared me like a criminal I was paying 700 dollars a night. they would call me 2 hours before checkout. I have vip access and late checkout included. they treated me horrible.

We really enjoyed our stay with Taj 51. We loved everything about the stay - the room was great with all needed amenities, the restaurants were great - we loved breakfast & tea at Kona and food at TH@51 was amazing. Location is great. But the best part of the stay was the amazing employees and outstanding customer service. I would like to give a special call out to Lara, Amit, Smruti, Mohit and few more (apologies for not remembering all names) from front desk. The fantastic crew at Kona (Servers and Chef) provided excellent service. Especially Abi and young man from morning breakfast (apologies for not remembering his name).

Coming back after 5 years, Taj hotel is going stronger with more packed status. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and the room quality is amazing. Frond desk and Kona breakfast place are both close and well organized. I tried Ming once and Quilon twice, and I love both of their foods. Amazing Taj 51, taxi drivers all know it and familiar with the name
