Best Western Mornington Hotel Hyde Park

Staff were jolly & helpful, breakfast was good with lots of choice. Room was clean & tidy with good amenities.

Room was too hot as the heating couldnt be controlled (the temperature controls in the radiators were broken/missing). Asked the reception to assist with it and they said they can only do any changes for heating in the following day. Had to request a different room and received a lower ground floor room. Overall, it was an OK stay.

Very pleasant stay overall. The highlight was definitely the breakfast: excellent quality, a great selection, and especially friendly and attentive staff, which made a big difference. The room itself was okay. It was comfortable enough for the stay, though nothing particularly stood out. The only downside, and the reason for not giving five stars, was the shower. The water pressure was quite weak, and the temperature was inconsistent, often only lukewarm or even cold, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, the overall experience was great, offering good value, and it would be a place to happily stay again. Wonderful location.
