Staff were very unorganised had to Walk away and sit down for 10 mins as they couldnt work syste properly and allocate me a room when i went back to reception it was a different member of staff the only window i had was at other side of bath had all broken protection on it and all the woodwork was black like mold there was no lift working i have heart problems so i had to walk to 4th floor and the next morning they still were not working so i wont.stay thete agai

Where do i start. I travel to london for a week once a month and this is the worst hotel stay ive had in a very, very long time. I prepaid for food (£34). Im then told the kitchen closed 30 minutes early, no food. Gym... most of the exercise machines are broken and the free weights are missing, should be adverised as a gym on site.l, more like a dump for broken bits. Lifts were broken, my room was on the top floor, absolute joke. Had to go get something from the car (£20 - rip off) only to see that chef out the side of the hotel dishing out some sort of rice to people, like shanty in baghdad. Sure nightmare stuff. Couldnt eat the breakfast, poor muck. I wouldnt fed it to my dog.

Hotel bolted onto an old style London pub … room was big &comfy bathroom clean & modern …overall needs a little refurb.. breakfast was good buffet or order off menu for £8 extra ! Staff were polite but not really helpful 😁 Extra for parking out front or underground car park £20 for 24hrs run by NCP..and swimming pool is £15 extra

Only 1 lift was working for duration. No signage that the other was broken or that engineer had been contacted - just stuck on 3rd floor

The hotel was good. The menu was very limited; advertised menus in the lifts were not available. The gym machines were not able to switch on as the plugs were missing, the gym had no wipes or cups. The pool was not in use.

The elevator has not been working for couple of months so we had to take our luggage to 4th floor by climbing steps. The receptionist told me that it has not been working for couple of months and the new management is not fixing it

Several Maintenance issues, elevators not working, breakfast not good at all. Not clean.

Lovely building just make sure you dont end up on the lowest floor. Lowest floor for example room 035 is on the same level as the swimming pool. You cant open the curtains or you are at eye level with the swimmers in the pool. Carpets outside the room in corridors are wet and smell due to swimmers feet. Stairs arent clean on any level, most guest use the lift and dont see this. A good point about this hotel is large underground carpark that i was not charged for.

We liked to entrance/reception area, some work/maintenance was in progress. Reception/Bar was friendly but Music from boogie/beat box not to our taste in bar or at breakfast. Overall the hotel was tired and in need of a makeover, only one lift working and existing lift needed maintenance.

Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, large room (executive double), staff were very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking spaces, there is a spot on the way down to the parking which crunches your bumper, not the end of the world as you are going slow but not ideal. The showers are good, plenty of pressure and good temperature control, however they are low. I have to duck to be able to get underneath it.

Room was not clean. No sleep due to noise. Didn’t stay full stay left before end of trip and checked in somewhere else. Blood on sheets. Food on floor.

hotel needs work, this is 4 star but room is old and dated, windows so filthy cannot see out of, years worth of pigeon mess on all sills, balconies etc, bedroom curtain thin and held by a wire, not black out thermal or insulated which would help to dampen the sound from the very busy road and would be expected as standard in a 4star hotel. Dust in rooms, dirty glasses were in corridor when I arrived and same glasses still in corridor when I left two days later. Shower water not the hottest but that may be personal preference. housekeeping policy is every third day unless requested, I did not request yet housekeeping entered and replaced bath floor towel onto bath, nothing else was done and housekeeping would have walked past the glasses in the corridor and left them Bed was comfortable and breakfast was nice. Parking expensive given street parking is free for the overnight

The room had mold on the bathroom when I checked in and there were spider webs in the windows which clearly means they do not clean behind the curtains as they were really visible when moving the curtain. They "cleaned" after I complianed but the spider web was never removed, even after I sent pictures of the exact location. I don\'t recommend staying here.

The bathroom was very unhygienic. The bathtub smelt like urine and the bottom of it was the color brown. Everything was old and rusty, plus the shower looked like a faucet. A horrible and very strong smell of cheap perfume ( probably used to cover the smell of urine ) made your head pound with a headache. We left immediately and had to book another hotel room for the night. Only the staff were nice.

The elevators were broken, the fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night for no reason. We had dead bugs in the room and black mold in the bathroom. The water wouldn’t drain in the tub and the water pressure of the shower was abhorrent - the shower head was half disassembled. Overall this was a horrible experience and I would never recommend this hotel to any9’e.

The staff at the hotel deserve special praise for their professionalism. Unfortunately, the property was terribly subpar and I wanted to leave immediately but the Guest Relations officer persuaded me to spend the night and promised to change my room the following morning.I I had a constructive dialogue with the General Duty Manager, Mr. Bartek, who took my complaints in stride and promised to escalate my experience to Corporate. My overall experience was negative, as the property is very outdated and the cleanliness left much to be desired. If you don't mind an unmodernised room, then it would be fine to sleep in only.

Generally cleanliness was good. There were some elements of the room which required attention.

Absolutely disgusting, floor in our room was filthy, bath all chipped, mold in bathroom large amounts. Food you wouldn’t serve a dog. Shocking. The only good thing was the lady that checked us in as she was very nice. I would expect a refund.

Our room was very dated with stains on the carpet and a worn out bathroom, Making it feel like it wasnt very clean. Our room was missing an iron and the air-con didnt work, Staff were friendly enough and the location was great for a short ride to Wembley, Front of hotel is nice and clean with good parking facilities. We decided not to have breakfast based on how are room was.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was clean and housekeeping came everyday. The AC broke down for the last three days of our stay, but the weather cooled anyway- so we didn't need it. The building looks due for a remodel - just rough around the edges. One elevator worked, the other did not. Fine during the week, but the hotel was very busy on the weekends, so you had to wait awhile at the elevator. Nice location overall.

No extra pillows or blankets in wardrobe as written on hotel description on hotels.com. Soap dispenser was snapped off wall, no shower head on the shower so was just a hollow pipe on the wall that shot out one powerful jet of water. Room was cold, no secure guest wifi. Parking restrictions aren't clear, paid online on the app, when asked hotel staff which car park was which, they couldn't advise.

Booked a deluxe room only to be given a windowless room without any natural ventilation. When I asked about this I was informed the air-conditioning was broken. Nothing on my booking stating room did not have a window. Absolutely stifling given it was 28 degrees outside. Really poor experience.

We’ve stayed at the hotel twice now and on both occasions it is unbearably hot in the bedrooms and corridors. The heating didn’t appear to be on, but it was so hot we had to have 2 fans in the bedrooms on at all times, even through the night. There is only one plug socket on the floor, the others are on top of the desk but they are so close to the desktop you cannot plug phone chargers into the plugs and any other plugs the cables have to be bent which isn’t ideal. It was clean and rooms were a good size, but now we’ve experienced this heat twice now we would not stay again

Our rooms walk in shower flooded the entire bathroom no matter where the shower head was pointed. We were then moved to another room after pushing, since we had no place to even wash. Complaint was made at around 9 30pm when we came back for the day, and was told somebody would come to the room. Almost an hour later I had to go and ask again as nobody had arrived. The newly allocated room was below ground and was literally viewing an internal kids swimming pool. Very uncomfortable feeling, as anyone could be put in a room viewing kids in the pool. Not good. All furniture was dated and marked, and room cleaning service was not till late afternoon. Our room had no hand soap in it either, even after the room service. Safe in first room didnt work Lift had broken buttons, so carried cases down stairs to new room Newly allocated room had lock concerns from staff as it was also previously broken No mini fridge Bathroom extractor fan in newly allocated room was broken so steam didnt dissipate fast at all Had to carry pillows into reception when moving to new room as staff thought new room had no pillows. Bit messy All we were offered was 1 compensatory drink each. Absolutely not worthy of a 4 star rating by any means. Only benefits were the close proximity to transport links. I must note that the 2 female staff members who we dealt with the complaints were polite and helpful and we appreciated this given the time of night initially.

Noisy air conditioning unit that can't be turned off

To wasn’t working, the room had few amenities, bed was not comfortable- no extra pillows and verythe room was noisy

Stayed for one night, hotel is on a very busy road with people and vehicles going up and down all night so as our room was on the front we were kept awake. The staff in the check in desk were not helpful when we needed help with the tv and wifi and said it must be our phones and we would figure it out. We were privided with more pillows when we asked. Tea and coffee were kept in a cupboard which was a pain. The carpet was stained and ild and tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The water for a bath was luke warm at best. The bar had limited opening. On a plus point the room and bathroom were big as was the tv akd the bed was really comfortable.

Awful, pillows dirty. Rude receptionist, young man.

Great Hotel with Friendly professional staff.

Had a great stay. Staff at reception were polite and prompt, air conditioning worked a treat. Only slight negative was the bed was a little on the firm side for me, but that’s personal preference. Lovely touch with the hand written note and snacks in the room. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area

Great location for visiting London from the North. Secure Underground parking is £19.95 not £18 as advertised. Quick checkin to a lovely room. Comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Flat screen tv. On way to room I noticed a food offering advertised at least 4 times for Burger and a Pint. Went down to bar to order and was told it wasn’t available at that price. Complained and after having to go to front desk got the offer. Would only give me the offer on a beef burger and not on a vegan bean burger. Burger were very tasty. Great nights sleep. Went for shower ant 8am and no warm water. Due to engagements had to have cold wash. Told reception on way to breakfast 8.30 am. I went to work and my partner stayed in room waiting to have a bath. At 10.20 she was told there was an issue and they were looking for something to reboot. Heard nothing more so she went without her bath. Came back at 4pm and when I asked at reception they said it was fixed. Went to room and key been deactivated due to having booked two night seperately although was told when checking in they would sort. Had to trail back to reception. Hot water was working when we got in room to check but why did they not tell us earlier or leave a note to say so? Am staying another night as too late to go elsewhere so let’s hope things improve as I think it totally unacceptable to pay £135 a night plus £20 parking for a room with no hot water.

My Louis Vuitton Hand held Luggage was stolen from the hotel lobby as I wait for my cab to the station. My MacBook, jewelry, personal item, wrist watch gift items was all in the language. I all got in response was that it is a public area and they don’t have control. Meanwhile there is no sign or prior warning to such a crime often taking place in the hotel. They referred me to the police

Not happy with the check in, we were unable to check in on arrival and waited 1 hour and 30 mins after check in time due to room not being ready. Reception advised room still being cleaned and would advise when ready. When finally got to room after the 1 hour 30 mins the cleaners were still cleaning the room and we had to wait outside room for another 15 minutes. This caused other plans to be changed.

Subhara on reception was an excellent team member

We have stayed here a few times, and have received excellent service by the staff specially the last stay by Onkara Chaphekor who was excellent with his customer service and the way he helped us way beyond his service, knows how to treat customers and respects them. He was one of the reasons we came back. Great location to get in & out of central London, room was good & clean Also every staff member on this visit as well as previous provided excellent service.

Very poor service at reception kept waiting nearly two hours to check in. Was told they were looking for beds and were taken to the bar and given a free drink after waiting over an hour, when we got our room it was not as booked ie single beds instead of doubles.

Our stay was absolutely horrendous. The first time we get to the room, the thermostat was at 85° in our room. We had to switch rooms but the worst part was the service. We had to request housekeeping 3 times in one day then someone finally showed up. We kept going to the front desk and no one did anything until we finally got it. Then she didn’t even put the sheets on the bed, she handed it to us and then left. One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve delt with. I don’t know who rated this hotel 4 stars but they need their account deleted.

We use this hotel for trips to london especially for Wembley events . Not over priced rubbish like in central London.Tube not yo far away . Has it's own underground car park (1st come 1st served) great Staff , different restaurants near by . We really like this hotel .

The hotel was fine and exactly like in the photos. Our room was rather used and the bathroom not so clean. Staff was nice and ready to help at any hour. The hotel is situated in a not so nice neighborhood but it is well reachable with public transport.

Hotel was very far away from attractions. An hour by transit. The neighborhood felt a bit unsafe at night. The room had no mini fridge for a cold drink in the room. There was also no Air Conditioning in the room. I would not recommend or stay at this hotel again. We had dinner at the hotel on one night, there was no staff on hand to serve you…

Beautiful hotel, lobby is large and open with music playing. Staff are really friendly. Check in was easy and the room was spacious and most importantly cool in the 32 degree heat of this weekend! Hotel is well positioned for our trip to Wembley, both for the tube and bus. We’ll definitely look to book again if we’re at an event in the area.

Clean and modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is a couple of minutes from the M1 and situated close to two Tube stations on the Jubilee Line with easy access into central London, Wembley and the O2.

We stayed here for AC/DC consort, hotel was fine but the area surrounding was not good.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Easy to get to central london via tube. Hotel was comfy and clean. Some nice pubs and cafes around and an amazkng bakery just across the road!

Great location to everything especially Wembley Stadium. Good bus and train routes.

This was a great location for our family trip to London. Good parking. Easy transportation by train, bus, or share ride to any tourist location around London. The room was too hot, no air conditioning and can’t open the windows. Food was great but restaurant staff is unorganized.

Well, I'll keep it brief: 1- Limited connectivity to central London, it takes an average of an hour to get to most of the popular spots, and it could get more difficult and time-consuming to return back to the hotel at night, due to a further limited number of routes/buses at those hours. 2- The neighbourhood doesn't feel very safe, especially at night. 3- Breakfast was a total disappointment, and waste of money, very few options were available and were poorly cooked/seasoned. 4- The room was very noisy during the morning hours, due to housekeeping opening and closing (well, slamming) the hallway doors with their carts, a complaint was raised to the reception desk but nothing changed. 5- The bathtub is very narrow, and makes you susceptible to falling off (actually there is a warning sticker on the wall highlighting that fact in a subtle way). Moreover, the heating system has issues were the water is cold for a minute and then gets hot for some time (and then cold again) without having to turn the knob (very high-tech stuff I tell you). So the only reason why I stayed in the hotel was that because the payment was non-refundable. Definitely not recommended.

Bar doesn’t open till 4.30 in the afternoon and closes at 10 pm so if you are a resident you can only get drinks between these times. Bar staff are rude. Hotel staff are lovely and friendly Rooms are nice and clean Didn’t eat in the restaurant as when we went in it had no one there manning it

Underfloor parking for £20 and without air circulation. We could hardly breathe. They had only one old very small smelly lift which was not safe at all. Breakfast was very weak and limited. You should be lucky to have a croissant! They charge a lot but even there isn’t fried egg in their breakfast. Only one coffee machine for over 60 guests at a time! Very busy hotel restaurant with tight space.

Very polite and kind Staff. The breakfast was very delicious. There are bus lines that leave in the center that pass right in front of the hotel. We love the silence at the hotel.

Hotel reception staff were very welcoming. We asked to change our room as the first one smelt of smoke but this was done very quickly. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a one night stay. The breakfast was good too - mostly buffet but we requested a vegetarian version from the menu which was nice. Parking was available right outside, a bit expensive but it was good for a central London hotel that there was some. Thank you.

Great hotel. Just off the bottom of the M1. Had work in Westfield Stratford and got there in 45 mins via the mainline station just around the corner. Has secure parking. Clean comfortable air conditioned rooms. Always look forward to the breakfast. Perfectly cooked to order poached eggs, nice bacon and sausage. Good range of continental as well. Even do nice vegetarian sausages if you want. Great breakfast service from Joshua, Monique and Rach. Looking forward to my return.

Very good hotel, recommend!! Our first time in London, good connection to public transport and to Gatwick Airport - couldn’t be better :) And a big thumbs up to the service staff at the breakfast.
