We had a lovely stay. Great hotel

The staff particularly Aqsa on front desk and the lady at the breakfast counter were really friendly and helpful. We were able tp adjust the room so they were closer tp each other and ended up getting a bigger suite. The rooms were bigger then any other hotel we've stayed at and there were some lovely touches such as complimentary chocolates, water cans, lemon water in the foyer and mini fridges in both rooms. The bedding wad really clean and fresh and house keeping did a lovely job. The breakfast was typical although the croissants were super flaky and tasty. The price is higher then other places with similar specs and parking at £50 for 2 days is extortion! The views were nice although it was a noisy during the evening and aeroplane noise early morning and the air con kept making a tapping noise so for a light sleeper it wasn't the best. Overall everything was super comfy and clean even the fold out sofa bed with lots of space and you could stream from your phone. The swimming pool and gym were a great bonus and the transport links very convenient.

This a a very family friendly hotel. The pool was a nice amenity with child free times and also times for families. I’d say the staff are the friendliest we’ve ever experienced during a hotel stay!
