The finest hotel stay I've ever had in Europe or the UK, everything about the experience was a level above anywhere else I've been. I would give them six stars if it was possible. The food, amenities, cleanliness and staff courtesy and knowledge were more than perfect.

Usually great, but on this trip the pool was closed off, the kitchen wasnt serving their indian breakfast items, and they never brought out my cook to order dish so I felt ripped off. These are the things that justify paying extra for this place for me and I didnt get them on this trip. Front desk didnt really care
