Great Service From Reception And The Concierge Team The Moment We Arrived...!!!!! Great Room...(Which Was Ready Early) Great Breakfast....!!!! Just 1 Gripe...We Tried For A Drink In The Bar When We Returned...It Was Busy And A Waitress Tried Desperately To Find Us A Table But To No Avail.....She Checked With The Bar Manager..Who Looked Us Up And Down And Replied " We Have No Tables..." Super Abruptly...!!!! Even The Waitress Seemed Shocked...!!!! We Resigned Ourselves To Grab A Bottle And Go Back To The Room.. Maybe Some More Tables Or Provisions Could Be Made On Matchdays..??? APART From This It Was All Amazing...!!!!!!!

The hotel is very convenient family wise, they have a friendly and helpful staff, very efficient. It’s also good value for money. The gym is well equipped for a London hotel and particular mention for the sandwiches at the bar, always available and always good.

Really liked this hotel. The room was lovely although being told it was a newly refurbished they should have finished off the bath tub surrounds. The parking was very easy. A trainee was left on reception when we arrived and also when leaving and there was a queue that no one seemed to care about and cons to help out. Vincent, the concierge, needs an attitude adjustment. We said we had paid for parking and I understand that he has to check however he doesn't need to make you feel like a criminal while doing it, wouldn't hurt to crack a smile either. He was the only negative of the stay.

A lovely property right next door to Lord's Cricket Ground. Excellent roomy, regal accommodation, however you certainly pay for it! Dining available in a pleasant atmosphere, but expensive on top of accommodation. Concierge service excellent. Lifts, very small, and very slow with 2/3 working.

The hotel is clean and nice. One of the 3 elevatots was brokem all week when we were there, resulting in lomg lines all over. The breakfast was SUPERB, and there are busses neraby to city center.

Arrived at 9AM, didn’t get the room until 8PM. Room reserved wasn’t available, got downgraded to a lower class, non renovated room. Next morning got stock in elevator, family had to go up and down stairs the rest of days as they were afraid to take elevator again. Managers on duty apologized, said will contact us and compensate us, never heard from them. We expect Hotels to take care of this and reimburse us.

The hotel was spotlessly clean in all high traffic and communal areas. Our deluxe room was delightful, very well equipped with a modern and very clean bathroom. Amenities were good too and the robes were very roomy! We only ate breakfast at the hotel but it was freshly prepared, piping hot and with plenty of variety. Top tip - ask for early check in if you arrive before 3pm. We got there at 11am to drop luggage and when I asked they had us in our room by 1115!

Second visit to the property. This time had a deluxe room which was refurbished and looked much better than the standard room I had during my earlier visit. Upon check-in the bathroom had a dirty water glass with the cap on it clearly showing lack of attention by housekeeping. As before, the air conditioning was not good and could not get the room cooler than 22 deg. C. The habit of leaving only a single face cloth in a room occupied by two people was again mind boggling. Had reserved two rooms each with two twin beds but at check-in was given rooms with queen beds instead. It took a long time to sort it out costing us valuable tourist time in London.

Standard rooms are incredibly dated, scuffs all over walls, no plug sockets near the bed. Power Cables hanging loosely down from the TV, for the price of the rooms these oversights are unacceptable. However the bed was incredibly comfy and the air conditioning was working well. The amenities included in the room and bathroom are also very good. Breakfast is not worth buying, products are of cheap origin and overly greasy, again, for the price point of the hotel this is poor. It would make more sense to have a breakfast menu to choose from, instead of a an expensive and poor quality buffet. It seems like booking this hotel via Expedia is frowned upon, as at check in and breakfast the hotel tried to bill me upfront saying Expedia hadn’t paid them. As I was staying with friends and family who had booked direct with the hotel, they were all placed in higher quality rooms and had no such issues.

Easy access to bus stop next to Regent's Park, with frequent buses straight to Oxford Street. Hotel was renovated and room was a great, clean and was spacious size for a family. Room was very warm at 26 degrees and the air conditioning did not work. Breakfast buffet was great with really good options of hot and cold.

Stayed in a family duplex room which is a good set up for older children, and has great views. The staff were all very professional and friendly. However the rooms are not very soundproofed and we could hear people talking in other rooms, the concierge service was really noisy moving someone out at 6am and whenever anyone in our room or nearby rooms took a shower the pipes were very noisy.

Stayed in a family room, which was quite big considering we were in London, containing bath and shower. Breakfast good - we were in walking distance of St Johns Wood High St. Lords, Regents Park and Baker St. The area around the hotel felt pretty safe - Went to the Volunteer in Baker St for a meal and a drink in the evening. Bar area in the hotel looked spacious and nice although we didn't use it.

When reserving we requested a room "high up, quiet". Got it confirmed. Upon arrival we got a room on the fourth floor (out of eleven) and realized that the hotel is built on top of several railway tracks. Not so quiet. The breakfast was nice, we will have it somewhere else on our next trip to London.

Huge hotel right next to the Lords cricket ground. The rooms are large and spacious, but the air conditioning system is very noisy. There is a large vent against one window which was on at full blast throughout the night, didn't know how to turn it down. Staff was very helpful although they mixed up our room with another guest at check-in. They helped us with our children when they fell sick on the last day by kindly letting us check out later.

My third stay at this hotel in the past 18 months. It represents very good value for money and is always immaculately clean. The positives are further enhanced as all staff are so professional, friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it without hesitation!

Room was not ready at 3pm. Reception staff were not helpful and did not expedite check in. After we waited an additional 30 minutes after 3pm I had to go back to the staff after 30 minutes to inquire as to whether the room was ready. It was ready and despite the reception staff knowing that we needed to use the room asap as we were needing to change, they did not notify us…despite us sitting in the reception area 20 yards away from the reception desk.

Disappointing stay - checked in early and left my luggage until later …all paperwork filled in . Returned at 7pm and told I hadn’t checked in !!! Had to keep saying I’ve already done the check in to the Supervisor who seemed not to understand ! Anyway Booked King size room only to find a twin room … went back to reception to change rooms to be told it was a king room ! Twin beds is not a King size room … Reception Supervisor wasn’t the most helpful but agreed to get it changed into a king size ! I did ask for a room that was ready but he was adamant he would get the beds changed into a king - had to wait around for this to happen ! Tv in room kept pixelating which was annoying and the tap in the bathroom was leaking … Not the best stay I have had , have stayed here a few times.

The service from the staff was absolutely fantastic! The service from Natanya at reception was superb - she was very efficient, knowledgable, warm and welcoming! The hotel porter who was there the evening we arrived was also lovely, efficient and great!

Very convenient for Regents Park and Lords Cricket Ground. About 10 minutes away from St John’s Wood and Baker Street tube stations. The duplex room was ideal as it gave the kids their own space away from us. Breakfast was excellent.

Close to Regent's Park, Lord's Cricket Grounds, and the famous Abbey Road studio and crosswalk. Not so close to the tube and a fairly quiet/residential area, but a nice hotel with a GREAT breakfast buffet. Short cab ride to and from Paddington.

A night in London with our 15 and 17 year old children. Fantastic location by Regents Park. We walked into central London (Oxford St / Soho) in around 40 mins, but public transport nearby. Had a duplex family room which was perfect for us. Lovely view to the park. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and would definitely return again.

It was nice enough for a few nights. But the location is definitely not the best. Have to walk at least 15 - 20 minutes to the closest train station. The breakfast was good. But yeah, the location and having to walk so far once you get off the train was really not ideal.

The property is just across the road from Lords cricket ground so ideal if you want to visit London for a cricket match. the st. Johns wood underground station is about 12 minute walk from the station. a bus stand is also nearby. good connectivity. a lot of dining options are available in downtown St. Johns wood. no major grocery shop near by. there is small convenience store right next to the hotel. good breakfast. good staff at reception. very helpful

A lovely property, clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and well appointed, we had a double room and the bed was large enough. The bar area was clean and quiet. Breakfast was a little disappointing, more what I would expect from a less expensive hotel, there wasn't a large amount of choice and the cooked food wasnt very hot. That being said, the continental selection was excellent and very good... In particular the carrot and walnut muffins were to die for. All in all a good hotel!

Amazing hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beds very comfortable. Ambience of whole hotel was luxurious. Breakfast was very good. Evening meal was delicious - only negative about whole stay was no-one asked if we wanted dessert and when we asked for the dessert menu we were told the kitchen was closed. Weekend made extra special for my granddaughter as the hotel left a beautiful box of macaroons as it was her birthday on Sunday.
