Easy check in. Great reception staff - friendly & attentive. Earls Court tube station very close. Shops restaurants nearby. Very clean and tidy hotel. Bar facility, comfy reception area, wifi, work desk.

Pros: price, street was quiet, room was clean, close to tube/food options/convenience stores Cons: towels were thin/tiny, no on site facilities, toilet would not flush on my last night there so I had to use lobby restroom It’s a basic affordable option. Would stay again

As a family of 4 We booked two rooms.the Lift failed to operate. Very inconvenient. Poor Customer Service. Very Incourteous. Not Good.

Good location, especially for the price. Basic amenities. Air conditioner was very noisy. Lift broken/ out of service for more than 24 hours. Nice front desk staff. Great “green” program.

Elevator wasn’t working during our stay which was a real pain. Other than that a lovely hotel.

What I don't like is they don't have at least one microwave oven in the hotel, Aside from that the place are very nice and excellent !

This boutique hotel is in a perfect location 1 block away from earls court tube station, plenty of shops and restaurants. There is construction on the building right next door and across the street. So noise was prevalent. It make take 1 more year for this to be over. Be aware, I found bugs and ants in my room. Front desk promise to Deep clean, but couldn’t move me to another room/full occupancy. The halls on the 3rd floor are small couldn’t extend my arms and I was able to touch the ceiling. I am 5’7, medium frame. The lights are motion activated so it wasn’t safe especially if you are trying to pull out your keys. Lights go off and it’s peach dark. Stairs are dangerous to use. These have thick carpet and these were for small feet. Only 1 lift for 2 people, which it is use to bring trash down so it smells. It was down for 1 day, but they offer to bring my luggage for me, so customer service was great. If a Quiet area, Safety and clean rooms are your priorities, find something else for the price.

The hotel is in a great location - easy walking to Earl's Court tube station, lots of pubs and shops nearby. The staff was great and moved us to a slightly bigger room after the first night. If you're on a budget, it's fine. A friend and I were staying for a week in the middle of a three-week trip, so we were trying to save money. Pros: - location to public transit - very kind and accommodating staff - bar and snacks for purchase in lobby - walkable to a lot of restaurants and shops - small bathrooms but great shower water pressure and hot water Cons: - mattresses on beds were very firm; I'm a side sleeper and had trouble sleeping - not sure I could have handled one more night - no electrical outlets in bathroom; made it difficult to see what you were doing when styling your hair - tiny rooms, even by European standards

The rooms are small and the lift was out of order when we were there, but for a stop over it was fine. The room itself was clean, as was the bathroom and the bed was comfortable. AC was on but didn't seem to do a lot, however there was a fan in the room as well which was fine.

It was the most disgusting hotel i ve ever been, the hotelroom was not hygenic they didnt cleaned the room as we asked, just the last day after we claimed several times. I'm sure that the bed covers weren't fresh and bedbugs were definitely there too, it itched everywhere, we wrapped ourselves in our things and slept, the toilet wasn't clean at check-in either, the toilet bowl was also dirty.

Hotel is in a perfect location. 100 meters from the train station. Our room was small and had visible deteroration. There were mold and fungus in all around the bathroom and some places in the room. Needs maintenance soon.

The first room we were put in was in the basement, it was stinky and the room wasn't very clean. Hair on the shower walls and the extra pillow.. They moved us to a different room on an upper floor which was much better, clean and no smell.

Stayed at Heeton Concept Hotel 10/20/24-10/24/24. London is incredibly expensive. 1st room was below ground level- a basement. It was damp, musty, and dirty. Mold stains on the baseboards. The walk from the elevator to the room was smelly and forbearing. We asked to be moved. While in the lobby, another guest asked to be moved to a different room too. We changed rooms the next day. The 2nd room was cleaner but still smelled of mildew and old smoke. We lit 3 candles our entire stay. I will say the bathrooms in both rooms were newly renovated. However, ventilation was poor. The staff tried very hard to accommodate us. However, they're fighting a losing battle. Hotel infrastructure is not their fault. Not family, nor solo female-friendly. Lots of homeless in the area. Witnessed food theft at Gregg's one morning. Be in the room by 11 pm. The Underground and several food options are nearby. You may be tempted to stay here because of the cheaper rate. Really THINK about it. It's still expensive by most standards. I'd say respectable London lodging runs about $250 a night. Not what I'm used to paying, but what it is. Prepare more.

The bathroom was good and very clean. Room was a bit dull and gathered dust quickly if we skipped room service for a day. However it was still convenient and otherwise clean. Shower pressure was AMAZING compared to England standards! Also there was no bad smells unlike a lot of the other accommodations in the area. Also, a lovely receptionist working the morning shift during our visit; really made me feel welcomed

Overall my stay was pleasant. The cleanliness of our hotel room was not up to par. There were stains on the curtains, carpet, and on the bathroom door. Hair was on the carpet floor and on the pillows. I did bring this to the attention of guest services and they were able to accommodate me a new pillow change and cleaning services, along with a free beverage. The staff there were amazing and very polite.

We tried one restaurant in the area but found it wasn't that great. The hotel also offers a free beverage if you decide not to have your room cleaned that day. Overall we found the hotel clean and staff very friendly and helpful.

Have stayed at this hotel before, so the best endorsement is that I chose to stay again this time. It's great for a short stay, is ideally located and is cheap. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room (double) was small but has everything you need so is fine as a base for a couple of nights. My TV wasn't working so I told reception and within half an hour they had replaced it with a new, working (way bigger!) one which was impressive. The noise would be an issue for some - I never complain about street noise or corridor coming and going/cleaning noise in this kind of city centre hotel as it's to be expected with the busy location and having lots of guests, so that's fine for me personally, what WAS an issue is that the walls between rooms are so very thin, I don't recall this being an issue at all last time so it must depend on the room/which part of the hotel building you have. My next door neighbour unfortunately was a loud snorer and also had some kind of podcast/audiobook on all night long which was disturbing to me, I could hear when he was in the toilet, was talking/humming to himself getting ready, when he sniffed or coughed or blew his nose, and when was on the phone to his wife as though he were sat inches from me without any wall at all. As a lone woman it didn't feel particularly safe to knock and complain or to go down to reception in my pjs in the middle of the night, and snoring/listening to audibooks shouldn't be a problem ordinarily but I got no sleep!

The air conditioning did not work in our room. The staff was nice and showed us 2 other rooms but the air didn’t work in those either so we didn’t bother moving. Our traveling companions in another room had great air conditioning so we knew it was possible, just not for us. The neighborhood is not what we expected for Kensington, the streets were dirty, especially near the Earl’s Court tube station entrance.

Our room wasn’t the biggest but we made do. We used it to sleep. The convenience to the tube station and many restaurant was probably the best assets to this hotel. The front desk, I am so sorry I did not get their names were superb, always pleasant and friendly. The only drawback about this hotel was not enough storage in the bathroom or the room itself. I would recommend this hotel.

Very small rooms. Worst pillow ever. I think it is time to look at providing two pillows and ones that are comfortable. The one pillow provided was like a brick it was better not using it! You can hear everything from the next door room.

It has an excellent location, near 2 good tube lines to go to the touristy places in London. The room was small but comfortable, the only issue is that the A/C and water pipes made weird noises that for some people could be bad for sleeping.

The family room was entirely too cramped. Not enough space for two beds of that size. Couldn’t turn around without bumping into things. And zero space for packing suitcases or hanging clothes.

Location was excellent. Rooms were small (but that's a typical London thing) but were clean.

Property was lovely as were the staff and it was in a fantastic location! Unfortunately we had no windows in our room which is understandable as this is a very old building. The air con was not working very well so the room was really hot.

Experience let down by early check in not being available

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in my life! Everything was a disaster right away, starting with a rude and unfriendly front-desk person checking me in. I got a “I do not care” attitude from every single worker. I got a room on the first floor right next to a stairway and I could hear noise all the time from inside the hall and from the street outside.The room was not soundproof at all! Every single morning I woke up around 9 a.m. from “Boom! Boom! Boom!" noises because houskeepers were hitting the walls and the doors with the vacuum machine. DISASTER! Another negative experience I had with housekeeping was on a day of my check-out. I paid for extra check-out time to be able to stay in my room until 2 p.m. But around 1:20 p.m. I heard a little knock on my door, followed by a quick “Helloooo” and then the door opened right away. The cleaning lady came into my room and she did not care about the “Do not disturb” sign on the door at all. I got a room (#101) on the first floor.The room was catastrophically tiny!The room’s design was tasteless. All the furniture was old and full of scratches. Also, there were some brown marks all over the grey carpet. There were no closets in the room, just a few hangers connected to a wall to hang a few pieces of clothes. Also, there was no refrigerator. Also, I found an old sock full of dust under my bed. Obviously, housekeepers do not clean under the bed. The bathroom was catastrophically tiny! The shower stall was also super small

The desk staff were friendly helpful. The stopped shower drain was serviced quickly. It is very close to Earl's Court underground station.

Exceptional! I would highly recommend this hotel. Walking distance to earls court which is the station that will take you straight to airport. Many restaurants and coffee shops really close by. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit London. Can’t believe how lucky I got. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A good but average hotel for London with friendly helpful staff. The locals discounts at many businesses around Earl’s Court made this stay a great one and I use this hotel again on my next return to London

The first thing i love about this hotel is its location. Judtca shirt walk from Earl's court tube station, which is on the picadilly and district line. Great for us arriving at kings Cross and visiting Hyde park. My son and i stayed one night. The room was small but enough for a flying visit. I like the fact we could get a twin room as not many hotels do them. The beds were comfortable. I noticed we didnt have enough towels but the staff got us more straight away, plus extra tea and milk. I like that it had black out curtains. The room had air con which was a must for me and it kept thecroom lovely and cool, only problem i encountered was that the unit was a bit noisy and woke me up a few times. I knew this didnt do breakfast when i booked it, but i wish it did! We ate at greggs, not the best, but all the other cafés were busy.

Basic room but clean. TV, hairdryer, kettle with tea and coffee provided. The hotel offers a discount with various local businesses (including cafes).
