Hotel is in a great location, we chose it as it was close to Victoria coach station and an embassy we were visiting. We had a family room, which was spacious, with double bed and double sofa- bed. Breakfast included in price, with plenty of choice and pleasant staff. Hotel itself was a bit tired, with badly stained/ faded carpets everywhere. But we only stayed one night and that did not affect us.

Very convenient location. It is close to the tube station and lots of pubs. Very walkable into central London. Great continental breakfast. Rooms were ok, just the carpet was a bit of a mess.

Property needs a little cleaning like the floors in hallways and rooms. Other than that, the staff and spaces are nice. Water never got hotter than luke warm but we did not say anything. I would stay here again if needed. But for what we paid, could have been a little better.

The carpet in the room was stained and looked dirty. The bed linens were old and the towels were really awful. There was no conditioner which has never happened to me. The bathroom was dated. We booked a two twin bed room and they tried to give us a room in the basement which was moldy and dark. Hotel.com called them and they moved us to the 5th floor (the rep from Hotel.com was excellent. The hotel staff was incredibly nice and so helpful. I would give the staff a 5 star review.

Excellent stay and great customer service. We were kindly given a large family room by the very friendly front reception staff. The family room was what we needed lots of room and comfort. Continental breakfast was really nice plenty of selection. Location was very good 5 mins walk to Pimlico station. I would highly recommend this hotel. We will be back again soon!

Pretty good for the price and location. There was an annoying buzzing all night. At first I thought there was a helicopter hovering above the hotel but realised it couldn’t be as it went on all night and morning.

The hotel was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The front desk attendant Josh was so helpful he recommended a few restaurants and gave me directions to the subway. It a walking neighborhood and very safe

Staff were welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is located near (5 min walk) Pimlico station. Being near a tube station give you access to all historic sites by tube!. The room are small and carpet need a good cleaning hwr the bed was comfy. Breafast included and again the staff outstanding !

The Holliday Inn Express Victoria is a good Hotel for its close to Pimlico and Victoria Stations. It's a easy walk to both Underground stations and restaurants. You can walk to Buckingham Palace.

Room was a cosy but reasonable size given it's in London, at least you can get around both sides of the bed. Weren't sure whether the wall features were decoration or coat hooks. Decent choice at breakfast and the waitresses were friendly and helpful. Actually had a toaster that doesn't burn the toast!! Good location for Victoria area, Thames and Westminster.

Location is everything when visiting London. This hotel is within walking distance to buses-trains and underground. The staff were incredibly helpful and greatly appreciated.

Great hotel within walking or taxi distance to shops, food places and coach or train stations. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Only issues we had was a peeping noise from about 5am onwards (we were at the front of the property we think by the stairs to street level) - this noise woke me up constantly throughout the morning. Second issue was that when we went to breakfast at 9.15, the breakfast room was tiny with no seating available at all. We had to stand there to see if anyone was likely to be leaving soon. No one was so we had to leave and therefore couldn't have that breakfast that is included in the room fee. I'd recommend a bigger breakfast area as clearly not all guests can get in there at any one time. And you are charging people for the breakfast when they can't actually eat it. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

The hotel disappointed with discrepancies from the pictures and the advertisement. It was dirty upon arrival, with debris on the floor, yellow stains on chairs, floors, and a hidden white spot under a sofa cushion. Dirty marks adorned the walls, and the pillows were dusty. Breakfast was also disappointing with a limited selection. One of the staff members served themselves breakfast, spat the food back into their disposable glove in front of us, and continued serving without changing gloves. They only lightly rinsed the disposable glove under the sink. They also handled dishes and put out new food without washing their hands or changing gloves. This experience was so uncomfortable that I chose not to have breakfast at the hotel the next day, even though I had already paid for it.
