Great stay, super comfy beds and polite staff. Only issue is parking, limited parking spaces in the hotel and no instructions on how to actually get in the car park as it is gated. We ended up having to park a 20 minute walk away which isnt great if you have bags. That was the only issue but otherwise a great stay as only a 10 minute walk from West Ham Stadium and Abba Arena.

Good for a frill-free quick stop, very convenient (10-12 min walk) to the ABBA Arena. Car park is useful facility and costs £22 per 24 hour period, first come first served (advance booking not an option).

Parking great. Breakfast the very best I've had in a long time. A massive selection and cooked was really fresh and HOT. Very helpful staff. In fact I just could not have chosen a better hotel

Near tube and copper box arena all within walking distance. Easy check in and happy and cheerful staff. Unfortunately there was no evening meal service other than pizza and panini. Bar stayed open till 1 am which was handy if you were late back from a show.

The Holiday Inn was fine. Appreciated the breakfast and having a kettle etc in the room. My only complaint would be the parking charge - £20 a day to use their own car park seemed a bit excessive. Most people coming out here will have cars. I think that should be made clear. Check in was laborious but otherwise, nice staff. Great location for the Aquatics Centre

Efficient friendly checkin, large well equipped rooms & super comfy bed. Location great for Westfield and ABBA. On site parking is limited to 12 spaces so get there early or try to prebook. Additional £20 charge for parking but perfectly reasonable. Breakfast was plentiful but gets crowded so allow time.

I was disappointed but that's because I didn't realize that an Express is in and out, so there was no fridge, no microwave, no gym and definitely no pool. The staff didn't know much around the hotel and couldn't recommend much. Otherwise the hotel is clean and safe and friendly. Breakfast was decent.

Wonderful stay for 2 nights at the holiday inn as we were visiting the Abba arena The staff are very welcoming and the hotel is very comfortable and modern. Inclusive breakfast was lovely and the limited menu for the day/evening was very tatsy and well cooked.. Only 2 little moans..the draught lager didn't seem to have much life in it and the car park was very tiny so had to park at the old buzz bingo.. Would definitely return in the future..

I really enjoyed my stay. My room was cleaned and tidied every day. The meals were reasonably priced; I ate there every evening. Special deal for early diners. Bar open from lunch time until 1.00am. Only a quiet ten minute walk to Stratford tube station using the Gibbins Road entrance. Used currently for people going to the ABBA Voyage concert. Easy to walk there from the hotel. Will definitely go back again.

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Stratford Station (Google maps took us via a back street route - best to exit via the Town Centre exit signs and follow the route past the bus stands and along the main road to the hotel). The room was clean and well presented but the minimalist design had, in our opinion, gone too far, in that there was only two small shelves and a short rail with 6 hangers to keep clothes. There were no drawers in the room. Not ideal for our 3 night stay, but we managed. Breakfast was nice and of good quality. The automated pancake machine was in full swing on our visit and was a popular feature. All the staff we met, inc housekeeping, breakfast and reception were friendly and hardworking. We would definitely stay again.

Staff are lovely and helpful, they’re very lenient and willing to help you out a lot. The stay overall was great, place was clean and just felt like home. The one downside, which really took away the final star is the fact that the smoke detector in the room flashes a yellow light every 10 seconds or so, and as you can imagine trying to sleep with a large flash of light is not the best. The TV should also be able to have the option for us to connect to our devices or atleast add Netflix or other streaming platforms so we can actually make use of it

What a credit Jana is to your hotel. I had booked previous via a web site and heard no conformation so therefore I booked again. Jana spotted that I had booked and paid earlier and saved me £220!!!! Would others have done the same? Really pleased and we will be staying again.

My boys were so happy when we arrived to see balloons, chocolate and a card was left in our room. I had mentioned it was there bday, that was reason for staying in London and they went above and beyond. Lady on the desk was so lovely and helpful. Taking our bags in as we arrived earlier than check in. Assured me they were safe. Breakfast was so good. Lots of choice and staff on hand to help when needed. I was travelling alone with my 2 son 10yr olds. And was nervous but this hotel and staff made me feel so much at ease. Thank you all so much. Myself and my boys loved it here.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, hotel clean, great location for ABBA VOYAGE short walk, Stratford TS just minutes away from hotel and 18mins to Waterloo. If any suggestions, bar staff very slow took 3 staff to pour 2 drinks everytime! One took order and 2 to decide on which bottles to use! Also air con would not go any lower than 23 degrees.

Great service from arrival to departure. Close to the tube and Stratford station. Decent room, silent, able to open a window and air the room, AC can be easily adjusted. Good place to stay. Very comfortable space and environment. Breakfast is satisfactory as well. We tried the house restaurant one evening, price is ok, but meat was burnt, so didn't try more meals there. Staff is very attentive and welcoming.

The Hotel was the perfect location for seeing ABBA Voyage being just a short walk from the venue. However, Stratford itself was not the best of areas. We asked a policeman how to get to Stratford High Street and he said "Whatever would you want to go there for". The Hotel was a ten minute walk from Stratford Station with excellent tube and overground connections but we were advised to take the route to and from the Hotel via the High Street rather than the walking route identified on Google. The Westfield Shopping Centre was excellent with a wide range of good quality shops. The Stratford Centre Mall is not of the same standard. Overall, the Hotel was perfect for what we wanted for the proximity to the ABBA event.

Lovely stay! Comfy bed and great check in and staff. Perfect for going to the ABBA arena as walking distance. There was a lovely breakfast included although beware of the times. The buffet is in a small area so it’s packed at certain times. Hence I gave only 4 stars. Apart from that I’d go again!

The property was perfectly placed for London stadium, had a comfy bed and great products for a shower wash :) Some areas looked run down and other than a shopping centre, there wasn’t much for tourists Overall good and would stay again

Hotel nice. Don't expect a la carte. They do food and there's a small bar. Good for ABBA voyage. A bit of a walk from Stratford rail/tube. This is a hub hotel that is well run and the staff are engaging and polite. Would stay if in area again.

Excellent staff, cheery and helpful. Room was well lit, and flexible.. shower powerful, bed huge, decor good. What a shame about the breakfast. Every product is of minimal quality. Preserves dispensed by machine so necessarily smooth, not great for marmalade. Marmite in one large jar, not good for cross contamination. Sausages appalling, cheap, tough, lacking flavour. Egg overcooked, no mushrooms, black pudding, fried bread, coffee from machine so no skimmed milk option. Pastries limited to croissants and mini muffins, red fruits only option for yogurt, no seeds, nuts etc. No cold cheese meat options. Bread basic, and each day the toaster was a lottery. Breakfast was very chaotic. It was busy but still chaotic! The layout needs to be reviewed, which may help. Milk not available near tea & coffee hence people crossing the room to get milk or constantly asking where it was. would make life easier for staff and visitors alike if there was better flow.

Great massive comfy bed and dove products in the bathroom was a nice touch. Breakfast was shockingly bad. No real gliten free selection and what i could eat was dry, overcooked and tasteless.nicest bit was a yoghurt.
