We understand the high season and the hotel is very loaded with tourist however we don’t accept the condition of the room to be dirty and in poor condition. Everything else was good Not really value the money to stay in small room,.

Nice large hotel with good service links. Can be very busy but to be expected based on location. Second stay here so would definitely stay again

Great location, close to many transport links. Room was very clean and bathroom was quite modern. Nice coffee shop within the hotel. Paddington basin is worth a visit and only a short walk away.

Here’s a more polished and natural version of your review: During our multi-night stay, the hotel deactivated our room key cards while we were having breakfast. We only discovered this when we returned to our room and found a notice on the door, with our key cards no longer working. After going to reception—and having my family wait in the hallway—we were told the issue was a £10 charge that had been added to our room for an adapter. It was disappointing that such a small outstanding balance was used to justify locking us out of our room, causing unnecessary inconvenience and embarrassment for the entire family. The hotel also insisted that I present my passport as identification before restoring access. However, most guests do not carry their passports with them when going down for breakfast, making this requirement impractical. I want to emphasize that the reception staff handled the situation professionally and courteously. My criticism is directed at the hotel’s policies, which I found unnecessarily rigid and customer-unfriendly.
